The hotel was great, beyond any expectations!

Friendly easy check in! The room was clean and very comfortable! Breakfast had a wide variety to choose from. No one was at the desk when we were checking out so we just left the keys on the counter.

The stay was comfy and nice. I liked the pool area. Just a bit disappointed with the continental breakfast.

The front desk clerk was very friendly and even got the upgrade we had requested. Room was clean and comfortable, we really enjoyed the stay.

Family trip, headed to Minneapolis stop over in Fargo 1st day. This was the best pick ever! Caribou Coffee in their parking lot! Fabulous hotel, super clean, great staff, great breakfast, comfortable beds, beautiful courtyard. 10/10 for me! But one minor downfall was wifi. I didn’t care, but my son sure did. We were on the 4th floor and the wifi didn’t work.But the fabulous front desk lady told me, next time ask for their other code when staying again!

Kids running around while the adults were drinking in the lobby area; in the EARLY MORNING, there were noisy kids in the hallway-we could’ve even sleep in at 7:50am!

The pool area was great and the hot tub was actually hot (good thing). The breakfast was okay. The pillows were normal sized pillows as opposed to so many other hotels offering the tiny ones. Beds were comfortable. I took off one star because there was hair in the tub. Other than that, loved it!

The elevator was extremely slow and after I checked in there was a pile of dirty bedding next to my door that I needed to move over to get into my room. The whirlpool tub did not work well, the stopper was broken, the silver cover that was inside the tub kept falling off and the jets didn’t always work.

The room was nice but for a $300 a night room the breakfast was quite sad. Not one protein option, just waffle, donuts, biscuits. Been to hotels that were a lot cheaper with way better breakfast options.

Had booked 5 days, our flight got cancelled bc of the weather so we couldn’t make it, they wouldn’t refund or change dates for ANY of the days, absolute crooks. I will make sure nobody I know ever books this place again.

Wonderful appearance, yet the place remained loud mo matter the time of day. Could hear excessive foot traffic all day/night long. Breakfast was a huge letdown. Mostly pre packaged items. Eating area remained unkempt during my 3 night stay

Stop looking for the best. This is best property to stay at fargo :) family friendly, the pool is heated and safe for kids. The breakfast is full load. We love the ambiance too. Thank you staff :)

I chose this hotel for a second year to host a small gamily party. The hotel has a large seating area that is well decorated. This worked so well for pizza and cake.
The pool area could be improved as it's pretty small, especially when busy-but quaint and worked for what I needed.
The room, for the price, was small, but clean amd comfortable.
The area was close to many restaurants and shopping.
Breakfast area was clean and well stocked.
Overall, perfect for what we needed it for.

The staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Lots of parking available for hotel guests. The room that we stayed in was very clean, beds were very comfortable. The continental breakfast that was included was wonderful, lots of options to pick from. Hot tub and pool area were clean and temperatures were great. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Would stay here again the next time we are in the area.

This is our favorite place to stay in Fargo! It’s a little bit pricey but it checks all of the boxes for our family. We will be back again soon!

Liked the hotel just wish they had more rooms on first floor which were handicapped accessible. Loved the hot tub! Breakfast was wonderful. There were no phone books or note pads/writing utensils in room. The tv remote was lacking a back and no tv channel listings or guide in room. We do like your hotel but can’t stay as often as we might like due to the price.

This hotel is in a nice location and we like the restaurant attached to the building so you can just go have dinner and don’t have to go anywhere. Staff is friendly. Pretty quiet stay.

The bath tub took 30 min to drain after each shower. The room was ok. Nothing special for a$250.00 a night stay .. you can get a better deal at The Hampden Inn or the Holiday Inn and just as clean .. The pool was not that clean, you could see that while sitting watching the kids.
Again for that Price I will stay somewhere else
