Tv channels not working,wifi not available upstairs,floor and bathroom to old, collection of water at the balcony, breakfast is too late.

The Breakfast of SERENE Hotel is very appreciated, i personally like their way of serving but next time you have to add soup

The security is assured at SERENE HOTEL the services are top, rooms are very restful

I will not recommend this hotel. The property is old and not maintained. Horrible!!

nothing. the hotel did not have any restaurant and food had to be ordered from outside the hotel. no breakfast no any meal available.

definitely the service. the hotel looks like a ghost town. no employees to help with anything. bad attitude from the receptionist too. no lights during the night around the hotel. so creepy.

The bed was comfortable, and the bath tab with the balcony, breakfast was nice though

One staff a lady from the reception was so rude to me, she took me to see the room , I asked how to switch on the air-condition she refused to show me how and said she won't unless I pay for the room, the double room was very small I asked to see any other room available and she said she won't, I don't remember her name but she was petite and a little tall and dark Skin. The toilet wasn't so clean. At our balcony we had a broken chair to seat on and no privacy we could see other guests on the sides from our balcony. The swimming pool was dirty seem like it hasn't been used for months. For that reason we only stayed for one night.
