Hotel staff was the worse!

The breakfast pancake machine was not working the lady who was making the breakfast I asked if they had a waffle machine she started talking to me in Spanish and i told her I don’t speak Spanish they has no meat other than pork an I’m allergic to pork so wasn’t much of a variety , Saturday night my coworker went out to the store around midnight and had to wait and 10 to 15 for security to open the door when the desk clerk she looked at him and she knew he was staying there cause when we checked in she added his name to the room and told us that no one could come to the room beside us in which that’s the 1st time I ever heard that in my 3 years of working as a hotel Guest observer , Saturday morning we asking the cleaning lady to refill the shower soap she walked into the shower with her shoes on leaving dirt from her shoes in the shower and she only added a little wasn’t even half way and 2 of us had to shower ,Sunday my last morning there we could hear threw the vents someone arguing . . The heat didn’t warm up the room at all . I’ve machine wasn’t working had to go to 3rd floor to get ice , wasn't told that either while checking in … Friday my 1st night went down to the desk clerk which was a Gentleman and asked for plates and blankets and a sheet and that worked out , Due to not enough soap in room I went down Sunday morning and ask the desk clerk it was a older Gentleman for soap and that worked out . And we paid the noise across the street across the street acr

The room was incredibly clean! The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, the pool and hot tub were nice and the breakfast in the morning was good. We were very pleased with our stay!

So unhappy with our 2 night stay. As soon as we checked in our rooms phone did not work, heater was broken, no extra blankets available, room was cold with two children and still no more rooms available to switch to. So our family of 4 including 2 children!!! had to sleep in the freezing cold room. Pool didn't have towels available, front desk didn't have extras either! Never again will I book here. Ever

There is a gym and a very nice pool. A full breakfast and vegetarian options which was super helpful for those who are traveling. The room was very clean and neat; the bathroom and the room were very spacious. I had a double room which could fit 4 to 5 people. The TV was good, I was able to watch a movie.

Our bathroom was out dated. The toilet would not flush the rack for the shampoo and conditioner was broken. The spot for soap was empty they didn’t give us soap

I usually look for safety when we can stay. And Holiday inn Express Woodbridge didn't dissapoint. Felt safe even going outside the parking lot at 12AM. It was well lit and the area, though it's roadside, feels quiet.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express for 1 night when visiting a nearby relative. The staff, fitness room & pool area were wonderful. The buffet breakfast featured both hot & cold food items.
We had a room facing the rear of the building, so there was no street noise. However, there was a large group of school kids in the hotel, and we found the noise from the hallway & the surrounding rooms to be a bit much. That being said, we would stay in Holiday Inn Express again.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke the minute we walked into the room. The plastic of the toilet seat was peeling, the fixtures were rusted. However, the staff was helpful and friendly. My family was ill due to the odor.

No hot water for showers at any time of the day, as a.matter if fact, it was barely luke warm. TV in main room broke. Only received cleaning once in 10 days. Was charged an extra $4800 usd on creditcard, still not rectified. Always running out if coffee and food in their free breakfast, even at 6:30 am. Beds very noisy. No matter how many times you go upfront and tell them about some issues, never got rectified.

There was some difficulty at check in with putting the $50 hold on my credit card. Had to wait a significant amount of time when I was so tried. Ultimately they were gracious to allow me to go to my room while they sorted it out. Later I got an alert from my credit card that the hold went through. It would have been good if they had informed me also.

This was a perfect place for me and my wife to stay as we were visiting family in NJ and in Brooklyn NY, also close to the airport in which we came into and leaving from (Newark International Airport).
This hotel was clean and updated and served a very tasty breakfast.
It is on a busy roadway but the traffic sounds were not to bad.
We would definitely stay here again as we were not disappointed.

Supper nice clean room. Great Staff. The kids were excited about the pool but it was Very Cold! The pool area is not heated which made the pool water feel even colder then it should’ve. The hot tub was out of service as well which was a bummer.

We were spending the weekend after our wedding. We had some out of state friends who also stayed. When we checked in, we were exhausted and ready to sleep. The front desk clerk was, well I’m going to use the word inexperienced. He was almost finished checking us in, and he disappeared. I thought he was going to get something for us, however that was not the case. It may have only been a few
Minutes, however it seemed like a hour. The security guard, has to finish checking us in. We were never told about the complimentary bottled water. Where breakfast was served, nothing. It was really a bad kickoff for us. To add insult to injury this Sunday we were checking out. I went over to the refrigerator to get bottled water and there wasn’t any so I asked the clerk, same one who checked us in on Friday if there was any more water he’s like there ain’t no more free water, I asked Bowl are you going to give me another bottle of water he said you could buy it needless to say I did not get any water. I was extremely disappointed.
