Nice place to stay.

Booked for the night specifically to use the pool for our kids and it was shut down. We had to leave and book a new room at the Hampton. Same price and much nicer! Only got an apology but no refund.

Our trip was amazing. I'm from Elkins, and my mom used to work at this hotel when I was younger, so I know the area. The hotel was very clean, which is what I look for at a hotel. Michael (who worked the front desk) was wonderful and kind!

The staff was super friendly and accommodating with all of our needs. We actually had a very late check in,and the young lady was so kind when we asked for a room on the first floor.( the rooms were already assigned,) She pleasantly hooked us up nicely without hesitation. Are stays here are always great!

The breakfast area is way too small, perhaps 2 to 3 times too small. So, even with marginal occupancy, you may not find a place to sit to eat.

very nice stay at Elkins HI, i would return again. All that you need, swiming pool, hot tub, bbq. Like all WV, warmth and kindness. I would recomend.

Clean, service was good. Was noisy. Could hear everything - people walking upstairs, kids yelling in the hallway, every time someone got ice from several rooms away from the ice machine.

Beds were weird. You sat down & sank in. But not uncomfortable.
Staff was very pleased. Overall room was good. Breskfast was fresher than most.

Special kudo's go to the staff that prepared breakfast, especially the gentleman who walked around making sure all the food and the drink stations were full and cleaned up. We were there for a week and he did a tremendous job.

The door keys would not work. The front desk staff had to come up twice with different keys and even then we had to swipe/insert the keys multiple times to get into the room

If possible you should try and separate single folks from families… the family next door and upstairs were extremely noisy.. I understand.. I work with children all week.. but I was here for business and needed a little bit more quiet

I liked the fact that they had Dove soaps and Lotion in pump bottles easily accessible. I have a sensitivity to other soaps and lotions.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was quiet and clean. Only thing i can say is that some of the breakfast things were out of order and would have been nice to have everything in use. Other than that it was great!

The hotel was clean and great location in the middle of Elkins.
Unfortunately, there was the smell of stale cigarette smoke on the sheets.

The hotel and nice and clean. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was enjoyable. I was on the 2nd floor and could hear people walking upstairs. I would stay again.

Quick one-night stay as a stopover point for a long drive. Checked in after midnight. Friendly staff, clean public areas and rooms, quiet night, great buffet breakfast. Only complain was the rhinoceros stomping in the room above me at 0600... but that's no fault of the hotel itself. Would happily stay here again if passing thru Elkins or visiting the area with my family
