Breakfast hadn't started at that location yet. I kind of felt like we needed a little discount because of that. I hadn't planned on having to buy breakfast.

The old AC units were spitting out wasp nest pieces in the floor and on the couch. The mattresses were kind of hard but ok for a night or two.

Refurbished very nicely.

The neighboring room person or family came at 3am in the morning. His horn alarm went off beeped and the door to open next to us was Lowd. Lobby door was awkward

The room was lovely, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Check-in staff was nice. Free snacks in room.

They are undergoing renovations. So the hallways were being worked on and the pool was closed. That said, our room was fantastic. I think this will be a very nice stay when renos are completed.

Close to my family And right on main highway for easy access affordable and staff was great

Not enough lights in room. And microwave didn’t work ( it ended up being the plug. I found out when I was leaving

No hangers, poor TV reception, more seating needed in double queen room, lack of hotel sign for Luxor

The hotel is as it was depicted. Place was filthy. No breakfast, hair dryer, hangers, iron. Parking lot was cluttered with trash and tree limbs. I didn't feel safe. I asked to cancel, they said no way.
