Great place. It’s under construction but it was still clean and not noisy. Staff was friendly. Hope to stay again when it’s done

The rooms were very spacious however the rooms did feel stuffy. Customer service was very good

The front desk staff was nice enough to give recommendations for restaurants. They also gave me a little extra time in the morning when I couldn’t return from an event in time for checkout. The room was clean, albeit in need of an update. The carpet looked old, and the towel was frayed. The lighting was harsh. However, the bed was comfortable, and having a refrigerator was a big plus.

My experience here was horrible it took me 4 rooms to finally get a clean one. The peson at the desk was so nice but housekeeping needs to do a way better job i have pictures to to prove how messy it was i only stood there because it was the only place available and i was to tired to drive further

The room had a nice layout. It was a nice size as well with a sofa and desk. The facility looks a bit worn and beat up…carpet wear, some holes in the wall. I could hear people in the adjacent room talking. Shower had shampoo and conditioner and body wash in large bottles. No lotion. Never got a hot shower. Luke warm at best even early in the morning. Breakfast was served - sausage, powdered eggs (didn’t taste like eggs), waffles, yogurt, toast, juice; coffee available all hours. Pool and sauna.

I loved the shower! There was construction all around the hotel (not on hotel property) but the hotel itself was wonderful!

Exelent location

Turned out to be a great place for this trip. Plan to stay here again in the future.

Overall a good place to stay. The pillows were very hard and not comfortable but the bed was decent. A little noisy but to be expected that close the freeway. The walls were pretty thin in the bathroom. I could hear our neighbors conversation word for word. The continental breakfast was as to be expected but nice to have that.

The hotel looked nice from the outside. As we were traveling, we needed to use a bathroom when we got there, but the bathrooms in the lobby were locked. We asked if we could please use the bathroom as were checking in, but they said no, those bathrooms were for the employees. There were no other bathrooms for the employees and due to COVID it wasn't fair to let the guests use the bathroom in the lobby? There were quite a few broken tiles in the halls, damaged walls in the room and the shower handle came off in my hand.

This is the second time I stay there and feel comfortable staying there. Everything is in driving distance. Will be back soon.

Carpet was very dirty and lack of maintenance & upkeep was evident everywhere.

Nice and spacious room. Though, bathroom could use a refresh. Fashion-sink looks nice but drains slowly. Afraid I was going to break the flush mechanism on the toilet with the force required to activate it. Bathmat was soaked upon exiting shower, so not sure of the effectiveness of the shower curtain. Also, the shower faucet handles could use some updating; took a minute to figure out how to turn on the water.

This place was horrible… never again. I should have stayed at motel 6 for this price and quality of stay. Restroom shower heads did not squirt water right, the granite of the shower had a seam right in the middle where it look like they went to a granite yard and got scraps and pieced them together with white caulk instead trying to match the color of the granite. The phones they have are dirty like someone dropped Parmesan cheese and they never cleaned it. The carpet in the room look so old and dirty, someone should tell them HOME DEPOT rents carpet washers. The sofa in the room look like it’s never been wiped down and guess what? My wife wiped them down and the towel came out filthy. The ceiling fans looked older than me and I’m 43. The light bulbs in the restroom 1 worked the 2nd was turning on and off and the 3rd was out, it looked like a haunted house. The kitchen looked like it has never been cleaned. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Very old building bathroom is not good

We pre-paid for our room when arriving at the hotel around 10pm we were told we could not check in unless we wanted to pay cash for our room because the system was down, however she was able to see the details and knew we had already paid. That is fine the system is down but there was no reason she could not take our information that we arrived and handle it the next day since we were booked for 4 nights. Luz was apologetic but did not know how to handle the situation. After we went and ate we came back so I could ask for the managers name to tell my booking so I could get my refund. The new person behind the counter when I asked told me no, and I simply said I need to tell the booking agent who to talk too. She told me I needed to lose my attitude which I had not even raised my voice and I could come back at 7:30am to get it resolved! It was now midnight and I still had to find a new hotel. Her behavior was rude and uncalled for. Jennifer the manager dealt with my booking agent and issued the refund the next morning. Thank you for that! Staff however needs some more training and definitely some customer service skills.

Close freeway & Restaurant's

At first, I had a good experience they let me check in an hour early and the room seemed clean and nice. Then, later in the evening the party that occupied the room right up above me started making a lot of noise. Banging on the floor and loud conversations. I called down to the front desk 3 times to complain. They said they called the room to tell them to lower the noise level, which made the occupants angry and they made even more noise. When I finally went down to the front desk to see if I could change rooms, they said that they wouldn't accommodate me. So, I definitely would not recommend this place. I tried to look past some of the reviews about the staff, but now I know that they are true.

Front desk, Luc was great... room out dated and lots of stains on curtains and rugs... bed, made my back hurt. Good breakfast items in the morning.
