Great place for a good price, would definitely stay again if in the area. Good service, clean and comfortable room. Good basic breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Only slight concern is that there were tents with homeless people outside the property, but we got there late so didn't see out the window until the next day so didn't bother us.

Hotel was new, clean and modern. Will definitely visit again.

clean and pretty spacious. It was nice to have enough towels on arrival. Gym was great! Close easy access to the freeway but not too close where you hear the freeway. Need more then 3 small pillows for a king size bed.

Aside from the cleaning products being way too strong, everything was fantastic. Just had to open the window and air out the room for a couple hours before we could even hang out in the room. But all in all a great place to stay.

Close to family so we could stay together. The side entrance doors are very noisy and the rooms next to them hear them all night long.

I would say our stay was overall pretty good. We did have to request new sheets and comforters because there were black hairs all over them. And the only other downside that I would say, would be the homeless drug addict that was laying right outside of our window, nodding in and out of consciousness. Lol other than that everything else was just fine and the breakfast was amazing.

Hotel was easy to find, good customer service, clean room, good room layout, breakast was ok. If you are a couple I would recommed eating out for breakfast at nearby downtown Redlands. The bed is on soft side. We enjoyed our stay and would return. less than 20 minutes to Yamaava casino, shoppings centers, hotel right off the freeway. Hotel was quiet at night. Location is not glamorous but it seemed safe. Hotel had modern decor.

it was a little hard finding the driveway but after that we thought it was a wonderful hotel and will gladly stay again. the room was very clean and laid out nicely. the bed was good. the breakfast buffet was nice. the staff was very pleasant and professional.

Overall, it was a good stay. The room was impressive. And although the site says it has a full kitchen, there is no cooking elements other than on microwave. We didn't need one but it could be misleading to others. I had a difficult time sleeping. The bed mattress was very firm and was located right next to the air conditioning unit. It made for a very cold trip to get up and use the restroom. They have a great selection for breakfast! Although I did feel pretty sick after eating, what I think, was a bad hard boiled egg. Just avoid the foods that have been sitting out for a long time. I also had an issue trying to print a document in the business center. I spent over 20 minutes trying to print out one page. After following every instruction, I asked the front desk for assistance. I didn't catch his name, but he was very helpful. He found new instructions to connect to the printer. The ones posted on the wall above the printer were old, which was frustrating. Unfortunately, the new instructions didn't work for me either.
