It was the perfect size for three adults. Plenty of space to move and work. Very comfortable.
And of course the food. It's great to ha e a choice of breakfast items every morning. There was a woman, I think her name was Shan. She was awesome. She recommended the waffle plus compote combo - delish. She saw me working and offered a highlighter and asked if I needed any office supplies she was happy to help.

I was more than satisfied with this property. The only very minor issue I ran into was a slow draining sink in room 216, but that said everything else met or exceeded my expectations. Staff was incredibly friendly and pleasant to interact with.

Blown away at the hospitality of this place. Everyone was so nice. The place is super clean and has everything. I was shocked due to the price of the place. They treat you better than places that cost me 3x the amount. We got to our room and within a few minutes they called and asked us if we needed anything. When we checked out another working ran outside to wish us a safe trip. Just all around great place to be!

Awesome location … traveled with 3 kids under 4 and couldn’t have gone any smoother. Lady at breakfast was wonderful ! Will be back

First time at this property. Newer hotel, cleam, super friendly staff, beautiful room amd common areas. Not far from casino and the price was excellent for a Saturday night. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again.

Brand new and modern. Staff was very friendly. Really liked the room storage, set up, comfy beds, seating area. Great value!!

Its a very nice, clean modern hotel. Its focused on short stay business and its good. The coffee downstairs is good. The breakfast, not so much. It was ok, just. But thats an easy fix and most people dont care as long as the coffee is ok, and it is.

The rooms are modern and well kept. Its centrally located. They had breakfast served with a few options. The staff was welcoming

Glad we were only there one night. No hot water at night and no water at all in the AM.
Staff said whole building was without water during a repair that I guess took longer than afternoon til the next day to fix. Things happen, but they probably should have discounted us for PR.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. I can’t remember the last time I’ve been to a hotel where they were this nice. It was so pleasant I will be returning.

Jan, who worked the breakfast area, made this stay excellent. She made sure we were well informed of the breakfast options. She also offered great suggestions for nearby attractions. We will definitely be staying here again for future visits to the area.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly, however, we stayed in room 112 and the mattresses were lumpy and soft. They felt really old and squeaked.

I enjoyed my stay the staff were all professional, friendly and very helpful. I would like to say thankyou to an employee, Jan, who always made breakfast such a pleasure. The only issue i had was my first room had a weird smell which i believe originated from the air conditioning unit. However once I informed the staff about it another very helpful staff member who worked the front desk, I forgot her name but I believed she was Samoan,, was able to assist me in finding a different room. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

The property was clean, well lit and easy to access. My only issue was my room. I was given an “accessible” room, which was awful. The room was huge, with nothing but a bed, a TV on the wall, an office chair and a table. The room echoed so badly that it felt like sleeping in a basketball court. The shower had no threshold, so the water leaked all over the floor and made a dangerous situation after a shower, due to the slippery and wet floor.

The hotel is perhaps the cleanest we have ever stayed in—and we travel extensively. Jan was incredible friendly and helpful with our breakfast and ideas about things to do in the area. Cynthia was also very helpful. Just a few blocks away is a massive shopping area. Highly recommend this property.

This was a newer hotel. Nice big rooms with a closet. Very clean and breakfast was better than most free breakfasts.

We were in Redlands for a wedding for one night having flown in from the east coast that morning. We were unable to check in our room at 3pm, so we couldn't shower or get ready for the wedding (that started at 4pm.) So we had to get ready in the toilets, and leave our stuff in someone we barely knew's room. We also had to stay out much later than we had hoped because we had to wait until these folks wanted to return to retrieve our items .
Every other wedding guest was able to check in early, we were left looking stupid in the lobby. Awful experience. It clearly states a 3pm check in time.

Close the shopping/restaurants but I would not recommend walking. Modern and clean. Staff was great.
