The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and very spacious. The accommodations of a refrigerator and a microwave were outstanding. The free breakfast was simply amazing.

Check in was fast and easy, Emily was very efficient, friendly, and accomodating. Parking was easy. My only complaint is the area in front of the front desk has no designated parking. The curbs are red. I parked there anyway. The rooms were very nice, beds very comfortable. If I'm in the area, I'll stay there again.

The cook was being profouning said i was stealing food he said this infront of everyone i was so embarrassing i through that was very wrong to keep saying this to me i told him you got me misdiagnosed i dont stealing you have the wrong person

Great stay. Everyone was friendly, room was very nice. Only inconvenience was the ice maker was at the front, we were at the back. Breakfast (hot part) was served by an attendant. Very impressed for an older hotel.

Love staying at this hotel. Close to restaurants and shopping. The rooms are nice and clean. But the smell of cat urine and the water pressure in the shower is not so great. But overall, we like it there and we stay there every time we are in the area.

I always stay at Ayres when I am in town I come from the High Desert . I really enjoy my stay. Clean rooms, awesome rooms with view of pool. Greatest Service and the breakfast is so yummy. I give this Hotel 10 Stars.

This was our first time staying here and wont be our last. It was as nice as the pictures! The room was clean and beautiful. The service was very good,and breakfast was excellent.

The room we were in was next to laundry and there was no way to take an afternoon nap or sleep in. The floors/walls vibrated when washer was spinning. Bed was too soft for me. Pillows were very comfy. Staff very friendly, breakfast was very good. Pedro made an excellent omelette. Room was very clean

This place looks like a hotel in the pictures, but it is most definitely a motel. A refurbished motel, with rooms that look quite nice on the inside, but you enter from the outside, and it’s just got that old motel smell and vibe. If you stay in the rooms facing the middle you will contend with the noise of tons of kids in the pool. If you stay in the rooms on the perimeter, no pool noise, but plenty of road noise. I hear the hot breakfast is yummy, so maybe that’s why people have rated this place so highly. We missed it because we had to depart before it began at 7 AM.

Nice cozy lobby. Breakfast was wonderful, fresh-cooked omelet made to order! Room was spacious, clean, and remarkably quiet, even though it's practically under the freeway. Pool and spa looked nice, although we couldn't use it because it was 40 degrees and raining, unfortunately. There was one brave soul in the spa....

We booked the room because it was "pet friendly" but upon checking in I was charged a $50 pet fee AND moved to a double queen room in the back of the property next to the laundry room. The room itself was fine but the lack of disclosure on the extra fees and the "pet room" means that I will not be staying there again.

My partner and I were woken up at 8 in the morning to construction work from the hotel. They said they were working on the laundry room right next to us and there wasn’t anything they could do for us since we were checking out today. They banging and knocking coming from the walls didn’t stop until 11:30 ish. We planned to stay at this hotel since we didn’t have kids to take care of for the night and all we wanted was to sleep. Very disappointed and would like a refund.
