It was one the worst stays ever. They don't care about laws meant to protect people with disabilities. Maybe they should

Hotel pretty run down needs some cosmetic repairs. Checked in tv did not work had to move to a different room. Both rooms placed in smelled like mildew or strong chlorine. The hotel swimming pool not in best shape. Hot tub was broke entire stay and pool water extremely cold heater must be broke. Breakfast was ok not a good variety.

Hot tub didn’t work. Bathroom at the pool didn’t work. Very limited breakfast each day. Same breakfast everyday. Little or no meat. Water damage on the ceilings. This place almost ruined our Spring break. I never would have stayed there if I knew the hot tub didn’t work.

Upon walking in our room we got hit with a musty smell. Shower pressure was extremely low. People wondering around the parking lot through the night I had to keep waking up to check on my vehicle

Serious need of repairs and cleaning. There was mold along the bathtub, a huge mold spot above the shower. Hot tub was broken, workout room was dirty, paint peeling around the windows and on and on. Plus, there was a $150 “incidentals” deposit. NEVER again.

The location of this hotel was in a very good area. There was also a roller rink next door that stayed open late, I got a chance to see adults skating and having a fun time.

The hotel was very dated but comfortable. Hot tub not working . They took up breakfast almost an hour early . Front desk argued with server but unsuccessful . Elderly mother in law traveling with us did not get breakfast . Would not stay here again.

We were in town for a good friends birthday. This hotel was booked for its proximity to the birthday dinner. The room overall was great. The pillows sucked. We usually bring our own pillows just in case, but did not this time. Otherwise, the room, and hotel overall, were great

Overall good except an issue with rude receptionist behavior on 12/26/23 evening. Location is good, clean hotel, quiet, safe and parking spaces are nore then enough to accommodate all guests. Over all satisfied 😌

My room was exceptionally spacious. The area was very nice & had a vast number of restaurants and shops in close proximity. The parking can be a bit limited during events at the hotel.

We were very please the staff was very nice. The hotel was clean the breakfast was good, fresh scramble eggs, sauce and potatoes it is nice other than just the regular Continental breakfast serve in other hotels.
We were please to see that this hotel still has the Bible in the rooms.

I called about hot tob, was told that it worked. I got there, only the jets worked, no heat. Had reservations for 2 days. Did not stay, checked out and went to other hotel. Lost the money for both nights, but it was worth it. Front desk person was very rude.

The WiFi signal was very poor and unreliable. I got disconnected and had to reconnect a lot of times. I find that very annoying and inconveniencing. The weightlifting equipment in the gym room was out of order. The NordicTrack cycling machine was not working properly. The indoor swimming pool is not climate controlled. So the water stays cold all the time. Wouldn't you think that it should be temperature regulated since it's an indoor pool? Nope, not at this hotel! They have a Jacuzzi next to the pool too, but the temperature control timer knob was not working. Wondering what else is not working properly at this hotel. And lastly, the water in the room 319 I was staying in was smelly. It had an unpleasant odor similar to an untreated water. It was disgusting that I had to bathe and rinse my mouth with it because I had no choice as I think switching to a different room wouldn't work, because it probably came from the same water source. I was definitely not impressed and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Stay was nice. Bed super comfortable, room nice and clean. Breakfast was that great to me but a lot of other people seemed to enjoy it. Overall, I would stay again.

Charged $120 for damaging towels…. Yes towels! Individual owner and would not credit back to our card on file. Comfort suites corporate even said ridiculous but could not credit back.

I wasn't aware that there was a $150 deposit but there was little at that point I could do. The fact that it would be refunded in "4-5 business days" is a bit frustrating because it's now something that I have to keep track of. Also, the breakfast was supposed to be up until 9am and when we went down there at about 8:35 a lot of the food had already been put away with just some yogurt left but we had to find some spoons. The coffee machine was also out of coffee beans so there was no coffee available either. All in all I would stay there again if I had to but not if I have other choices in the area.
On the bright side the air conditioner was very quiet and there was plenty of space in the room for all 5 people.

The staff that checked me in was very polite and nice. The room was spacious . Loved the pillows but the bed was very hard. All in all in was a good stay.

My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff on property was friendly, thoroughly explained all costs, breakfast hours, and check out times. Elevator was clean, room was very tidy, and hotel was very quiet.

Staff was friendly & nice. "Fitness Center" had a broken treadmill, broken beyond repair elliptical, and broken weight machine with cables snapped & tied up. All unusable & dangerous. Hotel was clean. Handicap accessible lift for pool broken & wrapped in caution tape. Breakfast area was non monitored by staff and there was a family scooping cereal out of the decanters with their hands. Unsafe food service & so gross-should be monitored by hotel staff. Decent area to walk/run and a nice park across the street. Great coffee, restaurants, stores, ice cream within walking distance.

Cut my toe on a staple left on the carpet. Curtains were broken, a screw lying there, they wouldn’t shut all the way. No hot water on 3rd floor. AC turned off in middle of night. Smelled musty throughout entire hotel & room!! Stains on bed. Stains on carpet. 2 cockroaches. Pool was dirty & handicap chair broken. All fitness equipment were broken & the area was unsafe. Ice machine out of service. Nobody greeting, receptionist sleeping at the desk. Nowhere to sit outside. Very poor experience.

This hotel has gone down hill quite a bit in the last few years. To begin with, we paid around $80 for one night but the front desk charged me $150 incidental deposit stating that it is because they’ve had people party and trash rooms, steal towels ect. To that, I understand but you shouldn’t be in the hospitality business if you plan to punish the rest of us! The hotel itself is run down! The indoor pool is pretty but the hot tub wasn’t working. Our room smelled musty and we could never get the t.v. to work.
Overall, I’ll never stay here again! Too many other options nearby.

Woke up out of my sleep because something kept biting my arms. Come to find out it is ants walking around on the bed, where my kids are laying and myself. I killed at least 10 throughout the night. I informed the staff as I was checking out and they refused to apologize or offer partial refund because I didn’t call them at 4 am to notify. I have videos and pictures to proof and assumed that would be proof enough. If you stay here don’t expect staff or “manager” to offer any help. I will not be coming back to this hotel.

I booked an accessible room through Expedia but the property claimed that they were not notified of this and the room was booked. The girl at the desk tried to help me with this and took me to a room with a bathtub that has low sides. I needed the other kind with a seat in the shower but i took it and was thankful to her for trying.

The hotel was clean and the staff were excellent. Great location. Close to great restaurants and mall. Was short drive to Galveston. Only complaint is the hot water. Or lack of. We booked a jacuzzi tub room. Problem there wasnt any hot water. After running water a very long time it went from coldish to less cold. Couldnt use the tub at all so was a waste of the extra cost. We will stay here again. Just not get an upgraded room.

Check in was great but they didn’t want us to park there on July 4th because we weren’t guests? Gee, I guess since we paid for 4 days means we aren’t a guest? Pool jets broken, ice machines broken, even though the breakfast is included we still went someplace else.

Everything was okay but only the treadmill worked in the fitness center, all other equipment was broken. The breakfast was good and their coffee machine I loved because u could choose espresso instead of just regular coffee. The beds were comfortable and room was clean.

I didnt like the staff and how different they treated my fiancée and I. The lady at the front desk during the day was rude and so was the breakfast lady. The lady that worked at night and Sunday morning were way nicer.We paid for a hot tub room and the tub didn't even work. The shower leaked all over the floor everytime you showered. Our room had 2 peeepholes and one was just a hole that anyone could see into our room and bed plan as day. I will never stay at this hotel again. For the price we paid to be there wasnt worth it.
