Very clean, great staff and very good breakfast.

Nice bright decor. Clean room, firm bed and firm pillows which I like. Hotel is 5 mins walk to ferry point and 3 mins to a really good Gelato Centrale. Construction outside hotel makes parking quite challenging but hotel staff parked our car for us at a private carpark.

Service was great both at breakfast and front desk. Plus bar service on roof deck. Room was roomy w an extra half room for storage, etc. location was great for hitting all the spots. Only complaint is the noise early in the am w trash puckup.

Absolutely EXCELLENT hotel. Highly recommended!
1. The location was perfect. Only a 5 minute easy walk to the main train station, and right in the heart of the town centre with all restaurants and sights directly below the hotel. Couldn’t ask for a better location!
2. My Executive room was very impressive. It was beautiful and spacious, and so was the luxurious washroom.
3. All the staff were lovely! Even the cleaning ladies were extremely friendly and helpful and kind. I had the pleasure of mostly dealing with Chris at the front desk and Abdul in the breakfast room. Everyone was wonderful with me.
4. The breakfast was excellent - full and complete and fresh. There were so many options that you will surely find something you like, and more. I will miss Abdul and his delicious cappuccinos!
I wouldn’t hesitate to book this modern, lovely hotel - it is a gem! It was a perfect stay.

Great hotel, conveniently located if you plan to visit Cinque Terre! The train station is 2 minutes away from it, right next to a nice little cafe which sells delicious pastries.

The worst mattress we ever slept in
Valet service was terrible. Charged 20 euros and another car was parked illegally behind ours. Took 30 minutes to get out and another 20 to get the valet.

Beautiful property, small yet cozy. Staff are very friendly, and we especially appreciated the welcome drink the receptionist offered while we were waiting for the room, and the introduction of nearby attractions. Great location by the side of the canal.

We stayed overnight visiting St Margherita and Portofino. Hotel is very central few minutes from the train station. The staff and front desk where very friendly we arrived earlier and were able to check-in straight away which was amazing. The room was very comfortable, everything was good, very clean, in the evening we wanted to have some wine before going to bed and the night guy in the front desk (sorry can't remember his name) was really friendly and recommended a local white wine that was great. Breakfast was plenty of taste food and breads. We definitely will stay again when visiting the area. Highly recommend.

Check-in, room cleaning, and breakfast buffet staff all are friendly and helpful. We have travelled throughout Italy more times than I can remember, the 4-day stay at this lovely property is most enjoyable. A short walk to town center and ferry terminal and bus stop (to Portofino). Could not enjoy full breakfast buffet last day due to early train to Milano, manager packed a large bag of food items for us. Comfortable bed with high quality linen. Daily replacement of thick soft towels. Toiletries included conditioner that is rare in Italy and many EU countries. No idea how hotel industry awards star rating, this property definitely provides 5-star service and comfort although it is rated 3-star.

We loved this hotel, which was the highlight of our long trip. We even extended our stay here.
The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to assist. They gave us some great tips for local food and attractions, train times, hiking and walking trails, and local history.
Breakfast service was fantastic. Lots of options for any palate and diet. Wonderful selection of local favorites.
Hotel location is perfect- we walked to Portofino, train stations, and all over Santa Margherita.
I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone.

Loved everything about this quaint hotel. Close to the train station, ferry and busses. Rooms were very clean and the decor was lovely and a superb breakfast. Cappuccino was a nice treat. Oh and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return. Thank you for a lovely stay

The hotel is conveniently located down the street from the train station (easy to get to - no stairs on the way). Also close to everything else.
Good room, friendly personnel, amazing breakfast (best we’ve had in Italy). The only thing I found strange is that there was no bidet in the bathroom - all other hotels (even the budget ones) seem to have it.

Me and my partner stayed here for a couple nights in Santa margharita, the location was really good and a short walk to bars, restaurants, beach and train station. Hotel was very cost effective , bargain price and well worth it. Breakfast and staff really good. Nice rooftop bar, the room was bright and I liked it, only downsides no kettle, blackout blinds and could do with another coat of paint. I would definitely return to this hotel if staying again the area.

The beds were comfortable and the location was close to the beach and train station. The hot tub was never made available to our family. They charge after 6pm fir the hot tub and the other days they said it was closed due to weather even though it was over 70 degrees. The front desk staff were always on cell phones and too busy to answer questions. The breakfast was good and the wait staff in the restaurant were attentive. The hotel was not very clean with several dirty areas on the bathroom at check in. Luggage hold service was available.

Best choice! Perfect walking distance from train and bus and beautiful town. Staff was very helpful and room was pristine..very clean! You will not go wrong by choosing this hotel. One tip- you MUST visit Camalga. Its a 4 minute trainride. Wonderful food at Al Molo! This Fisherman wharf was just as beautiful, if not more beautiful than Portofino with many more shops and restaurants.

Location was very good...close to train and the beach. Room was extremely small and quite expensive. Smelled like smoke in the hallways...not sure if this was because other rooms were smoking rooms or the staff smoked. Breakfast was good.

Lovely property. We stayed at sister property hotel jolanda last year. Also lovely. Tasty breakfast. Clean. All staff were wonderful. Room was very nice. Great a/c. Nice rooftop for relaxing. Beach, supermarket and yummy restaurants all 5 min walk.

The staff were that stars here. Everyone was very helpful and warm.Hotel was spotless, breakfast good and in a great spot close to the station and old town.For what it is, a small boutique style hotel, it was very good.The only issue I could find was that the bed was a little hard for my personal liking.
