In all regards, the hotel was outstanding. Classic Swiss hospitality made for a very snug and welcoming place to stay. Kudos to staff, all of whom were courteous and friendly. I would add that the negronis in La Perla were superb!

This property is a gem. And so is the staff. Anja at the front desk was so accomadating. With kids they gave us a cute room with enough space for 2 adults and and 2 kids. The only thing is they don't have AC which make sense with the weather there but gave us enough fans. The restaraunts here has the best view and the best food - Rosti, fondue and the breakfast were amazing! Cute little town and this was the perfect place to stay. We didn't end up using the swim/spa facilities.

Shout out to Alexandra who was super helpful to us as first timers in Lenzerheide (and with a language barrier to boot). She shared many details that helped us configure our short time wisely. Thank you again to all at the front desk for making our stay enjoyable - we will be back!!
One caveat - the spa facility does not open until 3pm and the pools were closed one evening / hard to get to as the main entrance was closed. There were also several people in swim suits in the spa and towels left around. Better service with an attendant in this area would help to make it more user friendly.
