The staff was amazing! I had a great experience staying here. From the customer service to the spa experience to the room service and everything else! I will definitely stay here again when visiting Karon, Phuket.

This 5-star hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The spacious 150 square meter villas provided a luxurious and comfortable stay.
The standout feature of this hotel, however, was the exceptionally sweet and attentive staff. From the moment I arrived, their warm hospitality made me feel like a valued guest. They were always ready to assist with any request, and their genuine friendliness added a personal touch to my stay.
Overall, if you're looking for a top-notch hotel experience with spacious villas and a staff that goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, this 5-star hotel is an excellent choice.
