I cannot believe the experience that we had at this hotel. 30+ minutes to check in because no one was working the front desk or the desk at the sister hotel next door. No one answered the phones, but someone eventually showed up. Got to the room, 4 towels provided for 6 guests. Kids went to the pool, hot tub was closed. No towels for pool, had to use room towels. Asked for more twice, they had none all night. So not everyone could shower because we had no dry towels. Those that did shower, discovered that the shower leaks so bad that it spills out under the bathroom door into the room, which explains the extensive water damage. The whole bathroom smelled of mold. When the pullout couch was made into a bed, you couldn't walk past it to get to the bathroom, which is not only frustrating but likely a safety issue.
The breakfast area was nice, decent variety but the food is what to be expected for a free breakfast.
The hotel appears in decent shape at first glance, but is in desperate need of repairs.

Well there was no daily cleaning or linen service and the ice machine didn’t work they had a cooler in the lobby for guests to get ice! The A/C in the room wouldn’t cool at night for some reason. This place is just run down and needs a Reno

First arrived on a prepaid fully reserved room. They said the room was sold out. Then said there was one room. But no key. There was no TV AT ALL. THE CABLE was missing. There was no key to the door. The front desk had to open the room with a master key, and then we had to stay in the room and could not leave or we could not get back in

It was pretty good but quite full with tight parking. Wasnt a fan of having our room close to ice machine, was loud in the middle of the night with people randomly getting ice.

The rooms were spacious, but the easy chair in the room was filthy. If not for that I would give the place a higher rating.

They moved me to a another location because they over booked I only thing they could say to me was youll save money $67 not $119 i said i paid to be closer to the pool for my 6 years old i dont care

Facility seemed dirty and neglected. Not sure when the last time the room was cleaned or vacuumed. Tv looked like it was wiped with a dirty mop. Cigarette ashes on the bathroom sink. Dirt, trash, even loose change on the floor. Debris and crumbs on the pull out couch. Toilet constantly ran unless I took the lid off and messed with the chain/flapper. Shower rod was slanted from being ripped off the wall so many times that it wouldn’t close on both sides so the bathroom floor got soaked. Latch lock was broke and didn’t even lock. The AC unit wouldn’t work at first so I reset the plug, then realized that for some reason there was a candy wrapper wedged in the panel keeping it from getting a connection. The hot tub heating element was apparently broken so no hot tub (the reason I picked that particular hotel) Every milk carton in the breakfast fridge was expired 2 days prior. I definitely expected better. Won’t be back.

Room was clean. However, there was peeling paint on the walls and in the shower ceiling, AC panel was hanging off and made a loud noise all night long.

You had to slam the room door to get it to close. The bathroom door would not close. The room looked like it had not been cleaned & smelled moldy. Went down to the pool area and it looked very dirty and not well kept. For the money spent I am highly disappointed I feel like I stayed in a cheap motel!

Older hotel you can tell. Allot of broken features. Toilet ran the whole time shower curtain was barely hanging on. Hot tub was broken and the pool was ice cold. Slept very good but did not feel clean after leaving if that makes sense

The bathroom was super dirty. There was an old bottle of the little shampoo left in the shower. There was dog hair all over the beds. Smelled musty. If I wasn’t traveling and needing to get up and on the road super early I wouldn’t have stayed.

Clean room, plenty of amenities, comfortable beds, nice breakfast, great indoor pool for the kids. Only complaint was the whirlpool/jacuzzi never warmed up.

Booked a double queen suite room and had a reservation confirmation. When we arrived to check in at 10:00pm, the room we reserved was not available. We were told that the only room available was a King suite which meant two people slept on a bed and two on a pullout coach. The coach had no bedding and when I went to the front desk to get some we were given a sheet, comforter and one pillow. Not the service or comfort that a “Comfort” Inn should be offering. Also, not pleased that the room we reserved was sold to another customer and we were given the leftovers. If that’s how they choose to treat customers with a reservation then I don’t need to use this hotel again.

Not a great experience. Bathrooms were dirty, place was looking run down, hot tub doesn’t actually have hot water, and there was no soap available for any of the rooms. Unfortunately we don’t have much good to say about the place. Would not recommend.

The woman at the front desk last night did her best to take care of us, and I think she was working alone. I booked a double queen through Expedia, but they only had a king suite meaning we needed to use the pullout bed. Well, after being handed the sheets fir the pullout at the check in desk, I made up the pullout bed only to find no pillows or blankets for it. I called down and the same woman answered and told me there were no clean blankets she could give me, she'd try to get one out of another room and bring it up, which she did. Unfortunately the blanket was musty, odd smelling, and almost see through in places, so my son's slept without a blanket, which was chilly. Overall, the facilities need some TLC. Breakfast was good and the morning staff were welcoming.

The staff was very professional, polite, and courteous. The room, however, was dirty. The showers had hair in them and they were nasty. The food was good.

By far one of the best places to stay in Forsyth. Was very clean and I observed staff continuously walking around and cleaning/touching up day and night. I have stayed here for 9 days so far and have enjoyed every moment. For me what sets this place apart from others is the staff. They all see to take pride in their jobs and truly make you feel like family. One young man really stands out for me. He always addressed me by name and wanted to make sure everything was going well. So Ray, thank you so much for making my extended stay here so much fun and really enjoyable! I wish you all the best and take great care, sincerely Mr. John.

The bathroom was nasty. There was a ton of wet hair on the tub and shower curtain. The toilet was dirty.

There was a pill and dead bugs on our carpet- the tile was sticky so obviously it was not vacuumed. The shower was filled with black mold and the ceiling had a leak and patchy. The bed did have clean sheets and was comfortable. We had 2 rooms and both were the same gross feel. One had very questionable stains on the chair. Definitely don't take your shoes off.

This property needs updated and repaired. Our room specifically had no working handle on the outside of the bathroom door, the sink did not drain well, the shower was grossly moldy and looked like an amateur had installed the granite, the bedroom walls need drywall patched and the whole room needed fresh paint. THe refrigerator was leaking and the floor wet in front of it.

Staff was great. Room was terrible. Wallpaper peeling in bathroom. Faucet sink leaking terribly. Heater sounded like a duck being choked when came on. Shower unit moldy. Room needed painting. Had to switch rooms because door to adjoining room had no lock. Hole in lobby wall. Not enough towels. Overgrown vegetation in the parking lot.

The room was never cleaned in the four days we stayed. It took over four hours to get new towels, because the room was never cleaned. There was a massive amount of roaches in the bathroom and bedroom

The lady (Melody) at check in was amazing since Expedia dropped the ball on checking us in. She was so patient and kind while dealing with us AND Expedia.
