Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. AC worked great. Room had black-out shades. Even though it shares a front parking lot with a small strip mall, easy parking and very quiet. Did not try breakfast. (no fault of facilities, we were visiting family)
Had to stay an extra day. Price was a LOT higher than the bookings price. Was a Tuesday. Not a usually busy day in the business. This hotel is not located in a particular heavy business area.

Extremely close to the college.
Our room did not have cold water, there was no breakfast, and only 1 towel left in the room.

Location and price
I saw two insects in my room and the shower had long hairs on the side at eye level. I’ll trust they cleaned the lower part of the shower but some instruction is needed.
