Rooms were clean & beds quite good. But no housekeeping in 2+ days! And high resort fee ($28/day) for "wifi, pool access, bottled water" that almost all others provide for free, but still charged another $3/bottle for bottled water. Reservation confirmation guaranteed king bed, but only queens were provided.

The stay was nice quiet and friendly a nice place to visit for a few days go Canada!

Although the hotel and casino were nice I don't think there should be an additional fee.
Better to look at the Double Tree

An overnight on our way back to Toronto from southern US.

Overall we were happy with our stay. Lots of fun options of things to do! The shower in our room was pretty gross. The caulk around the bottom/corners had signs mold on it.

Confusion over where to check in as area in front of casino under renos so had to self park and then do hotel registration. Had to lug suitcases through casino to get to Forum tower. A long distance from checkin

First time staying at this beautiful resort/casino and we will definitely be back as it was unbelievable from start to finish.

We spent the night after a concert, and the room was nice, but the shower was both tiny and dirty (mold on the tile)
The view was lovely, but for the cost, Iwas very dusappointed in the condition of the shower

Ceasars Hotel (Agustus Tower) was clean and well maintained. Service was great. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Great view. Nice room. Easy access to concert venue. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Caesars Windsor. We had a junior suite in the Forum Tower and the room was amazing - spacious, clean with a gorgeous view of the Detroit skyline. We would definitely stay here again!

They have a few restaurants in the hotel/casino to eat. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the restaurant Spago had the best bartenders and amazing food.

So, if you show up it’s an extra charge even if it’s 5mins early.. they don’t let you take alcohol beverages to the room- and they is clearly a miscommunication between the front desk and the people working at the cosmo bar for 20yrs and they start making up their own rules- not only can you check in early as 5mins - but out check out was 11am and the cleaning lady’s already knocking on our door to clean the room. So they for even let you wait u till it’s actually your check out time- the phone the bedroom didn’t work so we have to call the 1-877 number to get hold of their front desk..- still after covid there is no room service or any of the restaurants are willing to deliver to rooms. Every staff we dealt was miserable and in bad mood not sure if the whole city is like this or just people working there. The lengenda bar server completely forgot our drinks and was chatting with another server who had to take over his table because he was so out it - the front host was so rude - server and completely ignoring you as they think everyone is drunk and high. They don’t priced a pleasant experience. I will never come to this hotel- very bad experience overall.

Worst casino workers ever! Extremely rude didn’t believe that I was 19. Worst staff ever. Hotel was good though

Nice big room and bathroom. Modern and clean.

I didn't like the adjoining rooms; seems like if you book through expedia they gulive you the least desirable rooms/views. Hotel wasn't busy or even near capacity when I stayed, seems like a missed opportunity for a great experience.

Not a fantastic experience. If you haven't been here before there are very limited instructions on where to go for parking, hotel, etc. At 8 months pregnant we had to truck our 2 year old around the outside of the building in February because there is no indoor route to the hotel for those under 19. Also very limited options for food for those with children. Not family friendly as advertised...

We came for an anniversary staycation to overlook the Detroit skyline. I specifically requested a high floor and received confirmation days before that my request was received and noted. Upon checking in at 6:28pm, the highest floor available was the 7th floor. We don't gamble, but the leisurely atmosphere and different restaurants/bars made this hotel a really nice place to walk around and enjoy each others' company. Aside from my request for a high floor not being fulfilled, we enjoyed the cleanliness and overall comfort of our stay at the hotel and plan to be back!

Convenient location and has all amenities at the property.

It was very clean. Not all, but most of the staff seemed inconvenienced when we asked questions. We also booked in the Forum Towers but upon arrival we were sent to the side with children.

Really confusing hotel. Put on more mileage trying to find the entrance, the reception and finally the room. Then again to go back to the casino and dinner. Whew! Tired justvwriting about it. Only other disappointment was putting a cold bottle of white wine in the room fridge and coming back 3 hours later to find it warm. Tge frudge was either unplugged ir not working. Couldn't get behind it to see. Unexpected 1st world problems!

Valet was able to fit our truck which is hard to find at the nicer hotels on the river

The property looks good and the staff are friendly - they were always willing to assist where I didn't understand some of the things. I felt safe in the presence of the guarding services as they were always watching what is happening on the premises.

Check in was easy and all of the staff at the property were very friendly and welcoming.

If you’re 19, be prepared to be treaded like crap.
Had to have 2 id’s for my 19 year old, EVERYTIME! It’s in your dang scanner. And then the security guards looked him up and down like he was some criminal… DO BETTER!

BEWARE... We will never stay here again. Trying to find the entrance I had to circle the Casino twice, only to find the hotel entrance in an alley way with virtually no signage.
You then have to go into a lobby to take an elevator to the check-in desk.
Slow check-in process, and then the best part. You have a 15-minute walk through the entire Casino to get to the hotel room tower either dragging your luggage or having to pay a bellhop.
Room's have no working Wi-Fi which is super disappointing and inconvenient.
You then learn when you call to have your car brought up that they don't do that at this hotel. You have to walk to the Valet service and scan your ticket to have them bring up your car which is again super inconvenient.
Return from dinner, I also noticed a 9mm bullet on the ground at the valet parking. Informed security so they could pick it up and look into it.
Super Terrible Experience in every way. I have stayed in hotels in 17 countries and have never experienced one that was so inconvenient for guests, and provided such a terrible experience.
STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE, YOU WILL THANKS ME FOR THIS REVIEW...

When we were checking in I requested a river view room. The staff just smiled and kept working. We were shocked when we got to our room and it overlooked the parking lot. He NEVER said anything.

I disliked that they charged $20.00 for early check in. We also had to pay $20,00 for valet parking even though we stayed at the property. We never had to pay in the past. Room was beautiful.

You have to walk through the cadunonto get to the hotel..10 min walk. There us no room service available at all and barely a restaurant open till 11pm. Tim hortons is out of food. Then they do notnoffer any housekeeping for a 2 night stay, hiding behjnd environmental support. When we had to book one more night and asked for 2 extra bottles of water the gal.said they were not allowed to have it but we could ask at the front desk.
They spend all the mkney keeping people in the casino ans thats where it ends.
I would definitely not retuen

The person who checked us in was not friendly and not helpful. I guess they don’t have a reason to want us back again

The room itself was fine, but the bathroom is horribly outdated. Cheap shower head, old tile, cramped toilet space. I actually used the shower in the pool locker room. The pool facilities are fantastic

Really nice clean , and fancy . Very good for the price . Only con I have is going all the way to the Augustus Tower to check in/out when I was booked for the Forum . If it were a disabled person, it wouldn’t be good for them .

Clean and comfortable. No tissue paper in the room and had to use toilet paper, but other than that very nice.
