Everything Was OK

The quiet location that was conveniently close to amenities and attractions. The friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. The cleanliness of the hotel both bedrooms and public rooms and the very comfortable bed.

Nothing. It was everything we could have wished for.

this time my room was on the 3 floor and by open window was a big noisi bicouse of the air condition machine of the front building

two single beds pushed together with separate covers , bathroom a bit smelly, not enough selection on TV . pool very small.

The staff at reception were kind and provided excellent service. Nice, clean room with comfy beds and spacious bathroom. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of different dishes to choose from varying items every day during our four nights stay. Staff in the breakfast room were attentive. The hotel is in a very central, but quiet location, close to many sights and the main bus station. Would not hesitate to recommend or stay at this property again.

assume as it’s and older building that’s why we could hear when room above flushed the toilet our window looked out into nothing, we had very minimal natural light

The hotel was very close to city centre, room was clean and I love the design of the hotel.

The pool is very small and not very clean. My fiancé wanted to swim a little bit in the morning but he changed his mind when he saw the pool.

The hotel is in a great location, could walk to many attractions and it was close to public transportation. Additionally it is clean, staff are friendly and helpful.

Sheets were not clean the first day, the breakfast is limited and there is no local food only continental (bread, egg, orange juice (not natural) , coffee , some vegetables, one salad fruit)

The reception staff was very helpful and cooperative. During my stay i met two mens and young lady. All of them very very sympatric. They are the face of the hotel.

In general the breakfast is good , but can be a little more choices.

Room smaller than pictures, but no big deal

The hotel has very good facilities for a 3 star hotel. Swimming pool (small one) on the roof with terrace, gym, breakfast restaurant and bar/lounge. Rooms were clean and offered mini fridge and safe. Bed was comfortable. Good variety at breakfast. Location was great. Not too far from the main streets and shops/restaurants (not even 5 minutes) but far enough to avoid the noise of the crowds. You could explore Valetta easily on foot. Hotel is located at a higher point of Valetta, but the road to the centre is not uphill.

Breakfast: Bread rolls and pieces of cake were sometimes a bit dried out. Most probably because they were displayed on the buffet since early morning.

Rooms like for Hobits, small bathroom, uncomfortable beds. Average breakfast in very small and uncomfortable dining room, indigestible buns, terrible coffee,no fruits available, and very unpleasant stuff during the breakfast and New Years Eve dinner.

The room was lovely with an amazing view and our own private balcony. The breakfasts were good, I particularly enjoyed a glass of champagne with my breakfast. The bar staff and front reception staff were really friendly, can't say the same for the breakfast staff unfortunately. They were miserable and made me feel like I wasn't supposed to be there as a guest of the hotel. The pool and terrace looked nice but due to being there in December it wasn't used by any guests that I noticed, however it would be welcomed during hot weather I'm sure. Good to have 2 working lifts in the hotel. The bed in our room was very comfortable.There is a hairdryer and ironing board also which was very handy.

Breakfast room staff were miserable as sin and didn't make you feel welcome. You can tell they hated their jobs! A smile is not hard when you work in hospitality surely? Our room was amazing but the comfy chair fabric in our room was heavily stained and looked filthy. The rest of the room was spotless but put me off from using it. Didn't like that after first night we had to buy tiny and expensive water bottles from the bar to fill the coffee machine, yet the pods were free. This just didn't make sense. Water should 100% be free of charge or added to the room rate to be replenished daily. Also powdered milk isn't great Fresh milk should be offered as there is a fridge in the room. There were no vegetarian or vegan options for breakfast so I had to fill up on carbs and fruit. A cooked veggie breakfast would've been welcome. Not that hard in this day and age. To be honest Malta isn't very good for vegetarian options and if you are vegan you will starve!
