Room was clean, beds were soft. No complaints at all.

Room is modern and spacious. The TV is newer as well.

Room was okay, a little pricey for the location and condition of room but apparently there was a big rave the weekend we stayed which drove prices up.

There where roaches in every room

It was clean and adequate for the price. Nothing extraordinary but we were comfortable and it seemed pretty quiet and safe during our 1 night stay. I would stay here again.

It was an alright stay at this hotel, we did find a lot of roaches in the hotel and when me and boyfriend got in our room, our pillows were flat and not even pillows anymore the staff change it though.

Friendly service, clean stay except for a couple lil critters but overall pleasant. Clean bed n linen but could use a blanket n better comforter. Price was best of all.

Minus: toilet reservoir was leaking when we entered the room.
Plus: Hotel staff fixed it and mopped up the water promptly.
Minus: No free breakfast.
Minus: Rough-looking wallboard enclosure of in room hot tub.

Do NOT stay here. Rooms are not cleaned properly and bad smells, bedding was dirty, the mattress had huge stains, probably blood and other stuff. The shower curtain also had brown substance stains. According to the front desk, we were given the best room of the hotel. Absolutely disgusting. Roaches on premises, probably mice and rats too.

I like that the property felt safe and secure despite being an Inn or Motel Style. Rooms were clean we'll taken care of.

I’m not happy because I enter room then see dirty on sheets on bed and bathroom still smell bit awful and dirty. I don’t come here again. I hope this will be better improve more nice etcs.

The front desk lady was super nice .

Not clean, bugs were spotted and shower didn’t function properly. I had a conference next day and limited options but wouldn’t stay here again.

Main entry doors do not close properly. We changed rooms twice because of this. Other guests were experiencing the same issue. Rooms are dirty. Shoddy repair work done on the rooms. Dim lighting in restroom. Mattresses were stained. Cigarette burns on pillow cases. Floors are filthy.

I expected you people to cancel my reservation since you dint disclose that this hotel dont accept visitors as it state in. The papper where my car information is at and where they make you sing this is a tottal scam this things should be disclosed before i even book a room....

Older property that seems to have had some recent renovations to rooms, not necessarily modern, but renewed. Newer floors, paint and moulding, seals around the bathroom edges, tub and toilet. Basic, but useful and clean amenities like microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer and plenty of lighting and outlets and Samsung, possibly 45 " TV bright a deep colors, not the usual faire in 2 star hotels IMO, so minor but nice surprise. Clean towels and linens. Wall AC unit worked well in cooling room on a hot day. A very short ride or walk away from the Metrolink/Amtrak station and short ride to main attractions in downtown, though not exactly walking distance. Desk people were friendly and helpful. Overall a nice place for a night or 2 in town, no big frills, clean and comfortable. Good value for the price.

I am not gonna lie i was very surprised. This place is clean and very quiet. Staff was really nice and helpful. The area is a bad area but they keep it out good. I will stay here again

The entrance to the hotel was a bit confusing but hotel felt very safe to stay at.

Everything was disgusting!! Dirty bedsheets and bedspreads. The rooms smelled so horrible..sercice was just awful.
