Yolanda and Nick are professional, helpful and lead their jobs in hospitality with dignity and kindness. Because those characteristics precede the great quality of their work - I am loyal to their individual services and the hotel.

A/C was effective, although the staff turned the thermostat ul when cleaning room which made the room uncomfortable upon return. Also, non-smoking eoom with burn holes from cigarettes in bedspread and the cushions of the bench street smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.
