Our stay was good. Room was spacious. I like the electrical outlets on each side of the bed next to headboard, was easy access to charge our phone's and tablets. The room was clean, bed was comfort, plenty of towels. I like the sink outside the restroom. There was plenty of fast food restaurants around us.

This was a last-minute stay as we traveled to Prescott and there were few choices that weekend. The check in was ok, the room was ok, the beds were not comfortable they were older mattresses, and the air conditioning unit was extremely loud and sounded like it was going to explode. I believe that there maybe some remodeling going on, because there were mattresses all around the front lobby, and in the stairways, there isn't any elevator. The staff was friendly, but didn't offer very much information about the property or surrounding area.

Room was clean and comfortable. Had a rude awakening at 1:30 am with the rooms fire alarm going off. After resetting a couple of times had to go to front desk to request them to check it out. It ended up being replaced and had no further issues.

They are doing renovations but this was rough. No hot tub, it was suggested that the pool was not ready. The breakfast was terrible in terms of coffee, juice, or lack of. The owner’s son or son-in-law was trying but I would have been happier with a couple of Starbucks boxes of coffee and donuts.

This is a very nice little hotel room seemed clean till I took a look behind recliner. Looks like they don't move stuff when cleaning. overall enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

When I first got there no one was up front to check in. Then he argued with me the we had to pay the per fee even though my dog was a service animal. I told him it was illegal to charge for any type of service animal and I had to prove it to him and finally agreed not to charge me. I went to eat breakfast and was out of pretty much everything at 7:45 am, breakfast was from 6-9. The day I checked out the front lady sat on the phone talking to a family member instead of helping me and continued to talk to them as she checked me out. When I ask for a receipt she looked at me like I was crazy. I am a traveling softball parent and we have 3 more weekends in Prescott valley in the next 5 weeks needless to say I canceled all me reservations I pre booked with them. Oh and by the was the bedding was stained and the bathroom was not fully cleaned “GROSS” . 1 star for sure and I will spend an extra 15 per day to be at a hotel that is not nasty!!

We didn't tell the front desk until we were leaving about the problems so they didn't have the opportunity to make it right. But when we went to use the shower it had hair in the tub along with on the bathroom floor. The second sink that was outside of the bathroom would not drain. The blow dryer did not work and one of the night stands had drink rings all over it. Thankfully the air worked great but the bed was lumpy. I was ok with the remodel that was going on at the hotel.

The checkin was easy. The hallways reaked of smoke. The room was dirty and needs major upgrades and a thorough cleaning. The heater barely worked and there were no extra blankets. Lobby smelled like burnt coffee in the morning and we figured the hotel was pretty rough, so we werent going to even attempt to drink the coffee. Would not stay there again or recommend

The non-smoking room was great but I have to admit that the hallways reeked of cigarette smoke. We could have used an extra blanket on the bed Sunday night because of the change of weather but we didn't ask for it either.
The spa was just the right temperature but the breakfast was only OK.

Desk attendant was super friendly! Room was bright and laid out nicely. Blackout curtains and AC worked very well.
Hot tub was brown and stained. Wasn’t much of a breakfast. No water on site, not even in the vending machines.

My boyfriend and I booked at this hotel. We checked in, eager to shower after a long day of traveling. We walked into the room, everything looked fine…until mid shower we noticed blood stains on the shower curtains. Then we noticed a lot more (stained towels, dirty sheets, dirty floors, blood stained curtains…etc) we tried to get out asap and get our refund but they said we had 20 minutes after check in to get our money back. We highly do NOT recommend. How can someone have 20 minutes to check everything in the room? They must be known for filthy rooms.
