Clean room & comfortable bed

No plants in the front, no seating outside, very lightweight door to my room, no security on the lower level front window. Only exit from the property leads you to the right.

Newly remodeled hotel. They did a great job. Beds are comfortable. Everything looks great.

No pool. No hot tub. Breakfast was only Waffles, Bagels, cold cereal, instant oatmeal and yogurt. No meat or eggs.

Breakfast was good

We first arrived on Friday June 25 2023. We were given room 109 and we were assigned room 109 which was a handicap room, which my wife and I are. The room was clean and I appreciate the extra pillows, however the walls were so thin you could hear the people and their TV next door in 111 all nite. Keeping us awake. The shower was a tub n shower which was hard for my wife with bad knees, to get in and out of. We asked to be moved the next day ( Saturday the 24th). They accommodated us with a room at the top of the stairs, room 217. Right across from the ice machine, which you could hear all nite long, and the room was clean and had carpet and was nicer, since it had a shower with no tub. Very easy to get in and out for handicapped people, however the shower had no water pressure whatsoever. It just trickled out and took me over an hour to wash and get all the soap off. I used to be an environmental supervisor at a nursing home and if you don't get it fixed someone is going to get hurt. With no water pressure, you have a hard time getting the soap off but also can't wash it down the drain. I was told that the hotel had recently been renovated, and I thought, ( doesn't anyone check everything to make sure it's all working, and is up to par?) The bottom floor only had tile flooring, which was fine, however it's very easy for people to slip and fall if feet are wet or something gets spilled. Not very handicap accessible. I reported it to front desk upon check out. It really needs carpeting or sound proof tiles installed. People on vacation or just stopping for the night deserve a good nites rest and everything echos! You can hear people down the halls talking,walking, etc. I also noticed drywall mud splattered above the shower in room 217. Some of the things you've done are nice. Like the little gift shop, and breakfast nook. However it would be nice to have some protein in the breakfast area. Scrambled eggs, sausage, or something.

Needs better safe security at night. Drug dealing & strangers walking up to car window. Clean sheets, blood on sheets wash face area way to small. Dirty place.
