Really nice place run by the lovely Susanna ( sorry for my spelling), comfortable single room. Great shower and has a useful small fridge in the room, and a coffee maker.
Direct seaview with a serene view, for me very relaxing.
Parked my car easily at the front of the property.
Great breakfast , I opted for poached eggs and smoked salmon .
I liked the location on North Bay , Scarborough is walkable.

Good location and excellent views from the seats in the room's bay window. Parking for car.
The room and en-suite were quite compact.

Good location. Very clean. Staff friendly. Fan in room. Good tea tray.
Room very small. Water pressure low. Fan in room although welcome I had to clean as was full of fluff and dust.
