One of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in, in a cosy, warm room and with a lovely sea view over North Bay. The breakfast was exceptional as well. For the price you cannot beat it.

An exceptionally clean guesthouse. Room very comfortable and tasteful with all the things you will need for a comfortable stay. Hosts obviously care deeply about guests comfort. Did not have breakfast on this stay but did on a previous stay and it was excellent then. View from my room across bay was beautiful.

Just be aware that the drive only has room for four cars. It is worth checking with the hosts where to park on it because they have to juggle and advise where on drive you park so people leaving before you are not blocked in. I think they can provide on street parking discs as well but worth checking with them as not sure.

Lovely room, clean and cosy with an excellent sea view. Excellent quiet location on Scarborough North Bay but still close to all of the attractions of the south bay and Scarborough town centre. Host was very friendly and welcoming, we will be stopping again.

We had noisy neighbours in the attic room above us.

Very clean hotel, Very friendly welcome, nicely furnished rooms. Easy acces to both town and the Beach Front. Full English Breakfast as an option in the morning was good.

Breakfast was delicious, the best I've had for a while. The bed was comfy, room was clean and it had a lovely view.

There was a funny smell in the room which wasn't very pleasant. I wouldn't stay again for this reason.

EXCEPTIONAL! Fantastic room with a brilliant view and a VERY comfortable bed with an ensuite that was clean fresh and well equipped. The accommodation was clean and bright,at lot of attention to detail with quirky artwork / decor.

Absolutely nothing could have been better!

I liked everything about the leeway hotel. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, well cooked and you can have what you prefer. My room was on the top floor was clean, comfortable and with a amazing view of the north bay and the castle.

The room was wonderful & couldn't get a better view as well as having a mini fridge & coffee machine & the owners are lovely people can't do enough for you, I don't stay anywhere else now the standard is high

all in all good value for money. Suszanna is a very friendly host. Parking space on the premises is limited but I was handed a display pass and found a spot directly in front of the property. Appeared safe and secure enough.

Beautiful, clean accommodation in the perfect place for accessing both the North and the South Bay. Zsussanna was extremely helpful and the full English breakfast was amazing. Thank you.

Friiendly welcome! Superb decor throughout. Room amazing. Good value for a wholesome breakfast. Excellent location. Car parking available (always a plus!) Open air theatre close by. Also within reach of town centre. Highly recommend 👌 Will be re visiting soon!
