The gentleman at check in had an attitude.

We stayed the weekend for a dance competition for my daughter. We booked a King Suite and really liked the room. The two kids took the Queen sofa bed and my husband and I took the King bed. The room itself was spacious and I liked the little kitchenette area. Service was great and they came up right away when we requested additional pillows and blankets for the sofa bed as none were provided. The thing I didn’t like here was the paid parking. Perhaps I didn’t see it prior to booking, but I was surprised by this at check in. Furthermore, you pay $10 per day from the time you check in until the time you leave, but if you can’t check in until at least 4 and need to be out by noon, that’s a lot of hours that you’re paying for but are unable to use. I’d suggest adding an hourly rate rather than a day rate as this would be most efficient for the guests.

I stayed at this hotel, plenty of times, but this was the worst stay. The shower rod was broken water was all over the floor, bathroom door broken, Iron board broken and I found a bug in the room. Not only that something happen and They had the whole Shelton police department out there, brought three people out and handcuffs. My stay this trip was just terrible. $43.00 for parking just ridiculous.

I prefer not to overstate the cleanliness of this hotel; it's adequately clean. The staff members are well trained, commendably polite and treat customers with respect. The hotel falls on the pricey side of the spectrum. While the rooms feature a kitchenette, the stove barely heats up enough to toast a slice of bread or cook bacon. I'm unsure if I'll choose to stay here again. Nevertheless, it's a well-managed establishment.

Lovely stay while in town to see Katt Williams. Bed was wonderfully comfortable, shower hot and nice and quiet when I went to sleep. The breakfast was quite delicious as well.

I booked 4 rooms for my family to enjoy time away from home enjoy pool and celebrate sons 3rd birthday prior to check in spoke to guest service about having pizza in lounge and cutting cake for my son they said that was absolutely fine I just have to supply my own utensils, then when I did it, they complained to me saying that it was unacceptable/not allowed and told me I had certain amount of time to finish and disperse, feel embarrassed like I never told him in the first place my group was very respectful and clean

This is the 2nd time visiting this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised to be welcome by the desk clerk who actually remember me from my last visit...I stayed in single room with the King size bed was is always very comfortable.. Upon check in helped myself to a complimentary cookie and had their breakfast the next AM...Will be happy to return.

Was my second time staying, first time was great room was very clean. Thus time my room has a bad odor of old musk or carpet looked very stained fridge was not too good keeping beverages cold

Clean, comfortable rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Modern elegant furniture. Plenty of restaurants options close by. Didn't try the pool or hot tub. Thin walls apparently, could hear other guests around and woke up with the lamp trembling from the upstairs guests walking, running, not sure was happening. For some unknown reason there's a $10/day parking fee, this is a suburban area, not cool.

I liked everything but the parking. You have to pay to park. But the hotel is clean and quiet. The bed was amazing.

There wasn’t any towels by the pool area, I had an issue with my card upon check in and when I came back the issue was being talked about with another employee, it made me embarrassed and uncomfortable

Property was local for me but has a great deal for the night. The pool/hot tub was the reason for our stay. Both were great. Clean room, clean pool area.

I liked my stay there. I got myself the King size bed room on my Birthday. King Bed is a Plush, if I know this. I would bought my memory foam top with me. I recommend this Hotel, for special occasions or if you want to get away.

Nice property with restaurants nearby. Staff is not cleaning rooms on Saturday (they give you a long page with their rules that include their cleaning schedule).
Breakfast fruit is poor quality, covered in too much liquid, waffle iron that you cannot flip over (please fix). Easy changes and better customer orientation can really make a difference.

The large table that separated the sofa from the bed was very functional and provided room for luggage and an eating area. The coffee in the lobby was sad. Who figured I’d be running to Dunkin to get coffee?! Otherwise it’s still a good place to stay.
