Lovely hotel within easy reach of the city centre either by public transport or on foot. Tram stop about 200m away. Lovely rooms and very clean hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great selection for breakfast. Very welcoming hotel. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again should we visit Vienna again.

This was an incredible place to stay. Full service, amazing room, clean. I highly recommend staying here.

I arrived after a long day of traveling without eating. I asked an employee where I could get something to eat - he told me to order from the bar - I sat at the bar 15 minutes when he finally asked me what I wanted. I asked for a menu - he said they were done serving. It was 10:03. Despite being there and trying to order, I was told I’d have to leave the hotel and find my own food.

The cost of breakfast. No English langage t.v. programmes. Limited internet with irregular connection. Beware only 2 devices are free internet.

Walking distance to major attractions, public transport, restaurants, grocery stores. staff very friendly and helpful , quiet rooms, I was very happy with the hotel and planning to stay here again.

The staff were very kind - responsive to all personal requests, including information about Vienna. They never flinched when a favor was asked of them. They seem to have been trained to be courteous and polite to everyone. They all spoke english well. But the person(s) who designed the rooms got awfully carried away - to the point of being neither courteous nor polite: He or she took out on this hotel the frustration at having failed in some earlier design competition. Our unit looked like a failed jugendstil project. Not only were the surfaces excessively bright; they were ugly, too. The placement of the glass-enclosed shower looked like the loser in a contest, What's the Silliest Placement for a Shower? Further, the space inside this science-experiment module was terribly small and had nothing to hold onto. But that wasn't the worst design feature. The winner? The room's lighting. From the ridiculous system - one had to put a card in a slot by the door, which turned on at least a dozen lights; then, one went about, turning off the eleven that weren't needed - to the harshness of the painfully bright, pinpoint illumination, the effect yielded temporary blindness or gave one a headache. Could all of these harsh lights be an environmentally sound design, let alone a helpful way for guests to see what they need to do?

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! Everything about our stay was excellent! 10 out of 10 stars for sure!

Very little hanging or storage space. Would have preferred daily cleaning as normal expectation + daily replenishment of gratis water, coffee & milk.

Very quiet and also you can walk in the city just 15 minutes. We enjoyed very much. 👍👍

Very clean, updated, quiet. Easy access to city transportation and tourist hot spots. Room was a bit small, with the (terrific) shower seemingly in the middle of the room. Extremely comfortable bed. Espresso maker and frig in room. There’s a nice workout room and sauna, with showers and towels available. Did not try the restaurant, but looks very nice with very reasonable prices.

Lovely hotel, helpful, smiling and friendly staff. Room temperature was a little tricky to manage, but didn’t impact on stay. Bed was comfortable and room size good. Great location, we didn’t eat in the hotel but this was only because we had some restaurants on the bucket list. Already planning a return visit for Christmas 2023!

The hotel was as expected for a Flemings property. Breakfast was nice with a good choice of food however the evening meal menu was not to our liking so we had to make alternate plans.

We have stayed in this hotel before and the service is excellent.The staff were more than happy to help us book for an event when requested.

Good central location. Clean and friendly. Some variation on the breakfast buffet would have been nice. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. However, the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Staff didn’t offer to help with information about getting around or tours!! Twice asked for the sink to be fixed! Still nothing when we checked out. Air conditioning set at hot temperature. Cleaning of glasses wasn’t done. No car to collect us from the airport as Flemmings advised and confirmed. Only an Italian restaurant with very limited menu. Excellent restaurant opposite main doors. The good point is the location if this Hotel.

Amazing hotel very handy for the Christmas markets

This is a nice hotel in a good city centre location. Restaurants and shops all around. Room was pretty compact and the shower was in a the room, no separate bathroom - see photo - but it was ok. Friendly staff and a good breakfast buffet. Central heating worked very well - it was December and very cold. Only criticism was that the beds were very hard - too firm for my back. But otherwise a good choice and would stay there again.

The location of Fleming's is so central - close to all the major central sights. The staff were fantastic, extremely friendly and helpful. The room design was so unusual, I loved it. Truly original.

A beautiful and meticulously maintained property strategically located with continent access to all of Vienna! The staff is exceptional working tirelessly to help ensure a pleasant stay from start to finish. The onsite breakfast is plentiful and the restaurant and room service options flavorful and reasonably priced. We are already planning our return and would strongly encourage others to stay at this hidden jewels.
