Numa Vienna Terra

Everything was more than perfect

All very good

It will be better if you can provide an iron and an iron board.

The apartment was clean and the location was excellent, making it very convenient for exploring Vienna. The self check-in system was also easy to use, with access available through the app or by entering a code.

Since our apartment was on the ground floor, we had ants in the living room/kitchen area, which was unpleasant despite the apartment otherwise being clean. The biggest issue, however, was the air conditioning. Instead of a proper built-in AC system, there was a portable unit that required an exhaust hose to be placed through one of the doors leading to the garden. This meant that the door had to remain partially open whenever we wanted to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. We stayed during a red-alert heatwave, so effective air conditioning was particularly important. Having to keep a ground-floor garden door partially open to use the AC was both inconvenient and not ideal from a security and comfort perspective. The sofa bed also felt rather cheap and was not particularly comfortable for sleeping.

Great location, sparkling clean, great facilities! Having a washing machine/dryer was so convenient for us, especially travelling with small children. It included washing pods and drying rack. Check in instructions with PIN were very clear and everything worked fine. The room was huge and quiet. We will definitely visit again!!

It would be helpful if a vacuum was included in the essentials closet so that we can clean the floors. Don’t know if this is feasible or not or if it was there and I just didn’t see it. Also a cleaning spray for surfaces.
