We really loved the location of this hotel! Near the bus stop, close to many shops, and the building felt very safe. We really liked how flexible the check in times were. We ended up having some travel issues and were not able to make it for the first night of our stay. The staff was so helpful through this.
The shower was not draining properly. We were not able to take nice long showers because of that. Also, the window design was flawed so we could not open the window all the way to let the cool air in.

Location, room was big, comfy bed
Reception guy was almost never there, no tea/coffee in the room despite machine being there, poor breakfast: cold coffee and low quality products. We paid half price so it was fine, but would not pay full price for this. Not a 4 star hotel.
