The hotel was a perfect location, and
has well facilities on its on beach
Room was equipped with high-tech switches and toilet system
The room has (only) a french window, which face to the promenad of Velden, that caused no window and/or french door to be opened for a "street", I think this room would not be rented out at all!!!
Besides the high tech switches and toilet system, the toilet was practically unconfortable, because of the handwash cupboard
On our last night (at about 2 in the night, for 30-40 minutes) there was, loud quarrel, noise, door shutting ups, etc, and because there was no normal staff at the hotel, that was an unpleasent night stay
