Overall, the stay was good. the only thing I would have liked the bar to be open on the weekends, and the breakfast to start earlier on the weekends as my son had AAU tournaments and had to leave before he could get breakfast. Also, the room was nice, but the ceiling fan in our bedroom didn't work. We were informed that Maintenace would come out in the Moring since we had a 2-night stay and they couldn't move us to fix it. That never happened and nor was we compensated on any of our stay. I expect all utilities to work.

I feel bad giving a 4 rating. We will absolutely be back, the stay just was not the best. To start, we waited a while to check in. I was the only one there for about 5 minutes and the phone rang constantly. Someone finall showed up to check us in, and by that time there was a line, with people asking me how long I've been waiting. The tv wouldnt conenct to the cable- Come to find out the cable was unplugged. Husband finally figured that out. The couch cushions are pretty dirty and stained. The shower head was turned the whole way out of the shower, so when the shower was turned on the floor was covered. (Not sure if that was jokesters before us or disgruntled maids) The pool floor was pretty gross and the water was hella dirty, despite the large concentrate of chlorine. That's an easy fix. Other that that, the room was clean and comfortable. The temperature of the room was great. The breakfast was decent. The location is to die for. The price was appropriate. If I could scale this better, Id say 4.7/5. If we wouldn't have used the pool, the score would have been higher.

No restaurant in walking distance

The first room was dirty and some of the furniture was broken. Was put in another room and it was dirty also. So, checked out the next day.

Very welcoming staff, quick service and checking in was a breeze. Asked for extra towels and extra linens for the sofa bed and had them within minutes

The room and property was exceptionally nice. Our only complaint is: We booked the room while driving. We were about an hour away when we booked it. Check in is 3pm. We arrived at 5pm with the need to freshen up so we could get a bite to eat then get to a 7pm meeting. The room was not ready. At first they tried to “downgrade” us from a suite with a separate bedroom to an open suite room. This was not acceptable since we were traveling with my sons 12 year old friend so my husband and I needed a separate room. They were able to “rush” us into a handicap accessible room that didn’t have towels stocked yet. We said that was fine (not sure why they couldn’t put towels in it…makes me wonder if the room Wasn’t cleaned at all and someone ran up there in the 15 min we were waiting to make the bed and change the trash…the bathroom floor looked like it had not been mopping. We never received any towels during our 1night stay—luckily we were right next to the pool room and were able to grab some pool towels to get us by.
