We checked in and went to the casino. Stayed out late and wet straight to bed when getting to the room. Woke up and noticed the wall in the room had strange stains. Pretty gross. I would have asked for a different room if i would have seen it sooner

I was there to watch my stepdaughter play golf for a couple of days. My room was good. When I checked in the people were not helpful with the law enforcement discount and how to add my free play to the app. I was also upset with the nonhelpful people in the casino. I also was upset with the hot breakfast because we had not very many choices at each breakfast. The eggs were in a container that stated they would last until 4/29/24. I cannot believe that eggs would be that good after a few days. There was french toast that was already cooked and we had to reheat. It tasted like rubber. I also did try to heat up a pastry and was unable to due to it getting stuck and flipped over in the toaster thing. I did try to give my concerns upon check out and the lady never removed her earbuds to address anything. When asked about the hot breakfast was advised due to covid. Other hotels we have stayed at have had a hot breakfast. I also advised her about not getting my free play and she stated I needed to speak with the casino. I advised her that I did and they could not do anything about it.

First room smell of sewer. Had to do a room transfer second room was not cleaned. Heat did not work. Only one towel in the room. Drudge didn’t work. Breakfast was horrible I mean absolutely horrible. Very dirty breakfast area . Hotel smelled strong of smoke and sewer. Never will stay here again. Then they require you after paying $168 for one room for one night of $50 deposit then upon check out they made terribly take 13 of that $50 for a convenience fee they do not inform you of that. You be surprised with that fee staff are horrible. Highly recommend finding a different motel. then you have to park so far away from hotel. You cannot park anywhere near it as they have hundreds of feet marked off for fire Lane so be prepared to walk with all your luggage. This is not a disabled friendly hotel or for the elderly.

It had been a while since I stayed here, however, it was as pleasant an experience as it was several years ago. Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable.

Very outdated. Moths in the room dead and alive. Curtains didn’t close fully. Shower head was filthy.

The stay was good. Just the room had spider webs on top of the window (ceiling) and my wife killed a small spider in the bath tub.

You get charged for parking $10 and there'sno parking at the hotel got to park acrossthe street & then $11.70 for the workout place & washroom weather you use it or not thats a extra $22 and they don't tell u tell your checking out they deducted it from your deposit there a rip-off.Be careful with the hidden fee's.

Took awhile to check in. Nobody at front desk so had to wait.
The room was hot and AC didn’t work too good. Friend and I woke up sweating in the middle of the night. Light next to AC unit wasn’t working. In order to turn the light on and off you had to plug in light or unplug it.
Room was clean though. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

We were checked in to a room they were aware of had a sewer smell. Everything else was fine.

First room I got had no hot water to shower. The next room we got switched to had a loud ac and bugs around the lamps.

Casino was ok. Steakhouse had really good food. The room was thick in dust smelled of sewage and the blinds were broken. I had to use hair clips to full the curtains together so noone could see in our room. I will come the the Casino again and i will eat at the steakhouse again. But i will not stay there again. The room was a little over 200. Not worth it forsure.
