Excellent value and close to many great things on the plateau.

I had an excellent stay here. A good area, access to many bars and restaurants, staff was very nice and allowed me to check in a bit earlier when i arrived

Near very convenient Metro stop. Many restaurants, though a lot are lunch only or very busy/booked. Building layout is a bit odd, but well-kept. My room was a bit dorm-roomy, but perfect for a business trip, and had a great soaking tub! Pretty solid breakfast.

The location is excellent as it seemed to be about a 12 min drive from anywhere we were going so it was really convenient. Staff were very friendly. The room itself felt more like my first apartment rather than a hotel room. I would stay here again.

Charming hotel with nice amenities. The Metro station is just across the street so easy to get around. The complimentary breakfast is simple but decent. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

Very nice apartment room to stay for a couple of days. Means of public transportation easily accessible. Good service from staff.

The room was so nice and spacious, the staff was nice. The restaurant and bar were closed and that is not advertised but the morning breakfast is still served and is really tasty.

The place is very near the Metro station and close to many places. The breakfast has quite a number of options available, which is very nice. Keep in mind seating area for eating isn't very big so when there's a crowd it might be difficult to find places to sit. The staff was very friendly and we were able to leave our luggage/bags in their storage room when we arrived earlier before check-in time, and when we wanted to still sightsee in Montreal on our last day in Montreal when we checked out. The downside was the building in which we were staying only had staircases, so if you're traveling with heavy pieces of luggage keep that in mind. When we booked the room the room stated we had our own kitchen but when we got to our room the cleaning staff mentioned that the kitchen was shared. We didn't end up needing it since we ate out but I think it should've been said clearly in the listing if the kitchen was to be shared or not. Overall we had a very good stay!

Very nice room with kitchenette. Beautiful terrace to relax and look over the park. The staff were very friendly and responsive to our needs. Great location and an exceptional breakfast.

I know they’re fairly new so I think they’re doing a great job and I feel like they can only get better. My stay was fabulous, except for the Sunday morning receptionist/front desk. She needs to learn customer service manners and general politesse for example “that’s what I just said” is not something you should say to a customer or client. Or saying a blunt “No” to a late check out request instead of saying “yes but we charge $50” is not a good idea if you want to bring back hotel guests. The Saturday receptionist on the other hand was absolutely lovely and kind and talkative he should be the face of the hotel as many days as possible, he is the type of person who makes guests want to return!

We paid to park in the hotel's parking lot and our car was stolen. We have contacted the hotel in order to recoup any out of pocket expenses for getting back home and the cost for recovering our car, but have not heard back. I would recommend a safer, more secure hotel experience in a different area of Montreal.

Kind staff and perfect croissants at the breakfast buffet

we got an economy room. the hotel put us in the annex building. it had moldy carpets in the hallway and the common areas looked pretty beatup. the rooms themselves looked newer, although the windows didn't open up to anything, and it was a little dark in the room. the location is excellent. staff were friendly and nice. free breakfast was okay.

Amazing stay. Fabulous room with kitchenette, dining area, couch, TV,& queen size bed. Near the bus station, Metro,& Latin Quarter( lots of restaurants). People working at the desk were extremely friendly and helpful with directions & restaurant tips.

Location was excellent. Hotel was surprisingly quiet despite being right on St Denis. Room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great place!

The location is perfect! You are close to many great restaurants and shops, and just 20 - 25 minutes from old Montreal. The little bistro / bar on the man floor is sweet and the service is very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Lovely hotel in a great part of town.

The property is literally across the street from the Metro. Breakfast included is quite sufficient. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay again if ever in Montreal.

A little pricey for what it offered. Add said queen plus pull out but there was no pullot. it was just a day bed of solid hard foam. Very uncomfortable.

Comfortable room in a good location.

We booked this hotel with small children due to the fact that the site stating that there was an on-site restaurant as well as a hot tub on the roof. Once we arrived we realized that neither was the case. The restaurant was closed and the hot tube was no longer on the property.

I give them a “small smile” for location and room comfort. Customer service; You don’t leave any interactions with staff actually feeling positive. We were in a separate building from lobby hotel building because we needed a room for 3 and Montreal was hosting the F1 Grand Prix race. It seemed funny to be in a separate location from the lobby but it was quiet. Overall medium review given the inflated cost. But we were glad we got a room with a den for a separate sleeping area for one person. The rooms were clean and well located. It worked out really well for us!

Visited Montreal for the Formula 1 race. Nice convenient walkable hotel. Included breakfast. Nice friendly bilingual staff . Mini kitchen in the room.

Really enjoyed the hotel! Good price and nice rooms and bed.

Free breakfast is cozy and great dining option around. Very walkable with a nice park next door with a small coffee shop. Two pedestrianized areas nearby with patios in the summer. The only downside is if your sensitive to street noise at night as you'll hear people and cars outside. Easily solvable with white noise or earplugs. it's a great area and hotel to stay at!
