Breakfast and pool were ok. Not great but not terrible. Pretty quiet besides freeway traffic. Front desk was friendly!

Room was great and so was breakfast. But the pool was really cold, especially for my kids who are 2, 6 & 8. In the pictures of the hotel it shows a hot tub. But there is no hot tub, it was filled in and a rug was on top of it. That was really disappointing.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice my room was. Clean, quiet, and I slept great. Breakfast was pretty good, too.

The walls at this hotel are so paper thin I can’t recommend it. There were kids running around screaming until 11:30 at night when I called the front desk for help. What parents think that is ok?! I understand the kids were not the hotels fault but the hotel is so poorly made you can hear everything. If you want to sleep don’t stay here.

My stay was wonderful, staff are amazing, checking in and out was very simple. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast was really good.

Meh. I'm not sure why my co-workers like this place so much besides the location. The beds are hard, shower water pressure is horrible, tub is small, breakfast is lacking, and pool is small & dirty, there's no hot tub. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was good with what they did have. Coffee is always appreciated throughout the day & the evening sugar cookies were a nice surprise after a long day at work. Thank you to the staff for their kindness & excellent customer service.

The room was very loud making it near impossible to sleep, the noise was from the freeway traffic and a louder than usual heating unit (sounded like it was breaking and struggled to get out hot air). There was also an exposed hole in the room from what was probably an old switch of some kind. Breakfast was also disappointing. We will be finding a different hotel next time we're in the Olympia area.

Property seems to be new or renovated. It’s clean and safe. It’s 8 mins drive from state capital building. Tons of food options nearby. Rooms are little small. There is no locker in the room. There is not much veggie options in the breakfast.

Very nice property. Everything was clean. The room was spacious and well laid out. The staff was fantastic.
For me, the beds were quite hard and the pillows were flat. The bathroom seems to have an exhaust but it didn't seem to move much air.
I would definitely stay here again

1. The pool was unheated and they promised both days that it would be corrected; but it wasn't.
2. Our room was flooded and no one helped us move.
3. We asked for the room to be "refreshed" but it never was.

There was dog poop in the hallway right outside my room. The breakfast was also very pedestrian. Room was clean except the bathtub which had terrible stains.

On check in we were told that breakfast was served untill 10am.We showed up a little before 9am and it was closed and locked up.Could not even get a bagel or a muffin.

Our room looked clean, but when the sun came through the window, a layer of dust was visible. The bar in the breakfast area was very dusty where people hadn’t sat to eat. Breakfast area was very clean and well stocked.

Only complaint would be that all the pillows were very hard.

Overall the property seemed new and clean, but my room looked worn and I didn't have more than a few minutes of hot water for a shower. The breakfast eggs were also burnt.

This is our hotel of choice when friends or family come to stay. Comfortable, clean, convenient, as well as friendly & helpful staff. Adequate breakfast and nice pool were appreciated, as well. Fair pricing, too. Highly recommend.

Rooms are small, crowded. We found French fries under our bed and there were 5 ladybugs roaming the room on ceiling.

This hotel rivals some of the hotels we have stayed in that were double the price. The area was quiet and safe. The hotel has been newly renovated and the rooms are very nice. Front staff were wonderful and accommodating. The rooms were quiet even though they we’re remodeling the room next to us! Breakfast had a good variety. The price was a great value.

The hotel had bed bugs and they vehemently denied it. My 2 nieces and I stayed there and we all got bitten up bad. Arms, face, stomachs, it was honestly disturbing. In all my years of traveling, I have never experienced it.
Before I could even go home, I had to launder every thing in my suitcase, I had to dry clean my items, I had to purchase new clothing and shoes before I could even enter my house. I tossed my luggage set because I am not bringing that home. I hadt o go to a public laundrymat, buy garbage bags, buy laundry soap and was advised to bag clothes up for a minimum of 2 weeks.

The hotel was very nice. Friendly staff. Check out at 12pm instead of the normal 11am which would have come in handy had we been able to stay longer. Breakfast was waffles, yogurt, bagels, juice etc. Nothing special. The water pressure in this hotel was barely there. That was the only disappointing thing.

It was perfect. Had a good stay and free breakfast 7 AM- 10 AM was great. Thank you for hospitality.
