The online check in procedure was extremely difficult to follow. It was not intuitive. Perhaps someone with good English grammar should review it.

Unique, clean and spacious Great place!

This particular unit we booked had really poor air conditioning. It was uncomfortably hot and the AC couldn’t get lower than 76 degrees. The TV remotes didn’t work properly unless you were standing directly in front of the TV. The customer service is nonexistent as I had inquired about something through the customer service line and received no response. The location and the unit were good, not nearly as frightening as other reviews state. The hallway smells of garbage and similarly the bathroom. Thankfully it rained the second day and we were able to open the window to get SOME cold relief. My room credit that was advertised through Expedia was not honoured. This is an okay property, a place to sleep and that’s it

It's a very nice place, I felt too comfortable like home and is very centric, close to everything. The only bad thing was that there are a lot of homeless even in front of the main door.

This was a comfortable and stylish apartment to stay in, complete with an equipped kitchen and big screen TVs. Super location close to McGill, restaurants, grocery stores, and a drugstore. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Downtown Montreal location. There are two 24 hour establishments nearby, so expect usual city noise. There is a homeless presence there as well. Good place for a short stay. Very modern loft.

Amazingly spacious modern flat. 2 floors. Large kitchen. We’ll equipped. Great dual rain shower. Easy access. One little problem - this area near the campuses has attracted large numbers of rough sleepers. Not unsafe, just troublesome.

The condo looks great inside except for the living room tv not working. But so dirty around the area and lots of bums begging for money.

A full apartment for the price of a hotel room. Modern and luxury furnishings and appliances incl. full size washer/dryer in the heart of downtown. Walking distance from shopping, museums and restaurants.

A terrific place for a family to stay in Montreal with lots of space. Required a bit of patch and paint in the hallway but otherwise beautiful. A bit of a vagrancy issue on the street outside.

The place is very modern and has lots of space. Parked the car on the street by the meters. Very convenient location, but saw some interesting people at night on the street, still safe though.

The staff was incredibly helpful and provided clear communication throughout the process. The unit itself was solid, though the hallways were quite smelly. As many other reviews mention though, the aggressive homeless population cannot be ignored.

The apartment was very nice but the TV in the bedroom was not connected to any source and the controller for the fireplace did not work. There were many homeless people in the area who were looking for handouts and were very aggressive.

The apartment look exactly as the photos. However, the apartment was not very clean. There were unwashed dishes in the dish washer which makes us pretty uncomfortable. Also, since there is no front desk service, there is no luggage service either. Would recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner as they do not provide them. they only have some soap like solution for you to use. The sound proof system is pretty bad as you can hear the noise from the street.

the hotel is like a robber！ my family was very angry at their behavior. there was a very visible hole in the wall of the room when we arrived. and we thought the hotel would know about this damage which is very very visible hole. also I took a photo on the arriving day. however，we received a deduction notice after we checked out. the hotel said the damage was caused by our family and they would deduct all the deposite！even after the hotel received my photo，which showed the damage with a date. they still insisted on deducting the deposit. it's really dreadful！I contacted expedia to reach the hotel. the hotel is difficult to get a hold of. Do NOT choose this hotel，if you have to，check everything before check in. otherwise you may have to pay extra bill. They are making more money from whatever way that taking away your deposit than hotel itself.

This was my 2nd time staying here,2 years apart, in the exact same apartment. The lay-out is great, beds very comfortable, but it was not well equipped for 4ppl. Only 3 mugs, only 3 wine glasses, no coffee filters. It was better set up 2 years ago when we stayed. Also, while kitchen, linens and bath were clean, the apartment was quite dusty, especially the stairs. It would also be nice if they had the deck furniture for 4 people as well as they did last time. Our only other difficulty with what otherwise is a great location, and which is out of the control of Hotel Milton Park, relates to the homeless population on this block who were quite aggressive both day and night. An entry gate had been installed since our last visit, but it is not kept closed- when waiting for our car we were 'cornered' by an unmasked man in the entry where he yelled at us and then spat on us. Not a great situation, and of course a more unfortunate situation for the community that is homeless. Hopefully Montreal can do more to provide safe shelter for them in the future. That experience my prevent us from staying here again.

Beautiful beautiful apartment. The outside is not telling whatsoever of the room inside so try not to judge a book by it’s cover. The room was huge and had everything we needed and more. Very modern and aesthetic. Also very clean. Super high tech too so no need for a key, just a code. Only 2 cons 1. the street it’s on has a couple shady looking people. They won’t bother you except by asking you for some money but just tell them you don’t have any and they’ll go on with their day. 2. Our apartment had a window facing the street and on Friday night the street is very lively as the university is near by and sometimes the homeless people on the streets join in on some yelling at the late hours. It was difficult to get any sleep on the first night because we could hear everything.

Spacious studio loft with stylish decor and modern equiment. All the more disappointing to find sticky coffee cups and a blocked washbasin. And the location above a 24/7 liquor store is terrible, with drunken shouts all night. There is NO on-site parking, contrary to what the listing says, and I wish the property owners recommended off-street parking as the drunkards were hit the cars parked on the street below, including mine.

The apartment was very clean and well maintained. There are a few things that need small fixing (like the unconnected TV in the bedroom) but the price was good and the place itself was very comfortable. Full kitchen, great location with lots of restaurant options and they did communicate very well with complete instructions.
