Hotel is nice, room was nice, unfortunately people were BLASTING music until 3am in the next room. I brought it up at checkout and was just told: 'Sorry'

I was wishing to love this hotel since i booked it waiting to day come for my stay but not what i was expecting pool are smaller in person the only reason i pick this hotel was the infinity pool and couldn't get in it to enjoy it very disappointed people was sitting right in the stairs like not allowing others come in staff not welcoming at all We really felt discriminate at this place pool bartender need another job she definitely doesn't do her job right or like it there no napkins no taste at all or fruit on piña colada or daiquiri i had to ask and did not tasted good on top of that very mean we set at the bar for service and she kelp talking to everyone else instead saying hi asking what i wanted, breakfast was ok every good as a continental breakfast but again staff very rude and bother. Oh and people next to our room was blasting their music after 12 am and nobody came to say something was a horrible very disappointed trip to clearwater thankfully i could walk around and find better options for my next trip to clearwater beach. Beautiful view is the only good thing i had to say about this hotel.

We had a great time on our stay here!! The bed was comfortable, the room was large, the view from the balcony was beautiful, a close walk to the beach and everything, didn’t even need our rental car!! The only downfalls were the poolside bartender was extremely slow waiting 30+ minutes if you wanted a drink and the breakfast wasn’t great. Other than that will definitely stay here again!

Only having one elevator to get to our room on the 3rd floor was hard especially when the people cleaning the rooms and garbage were using the same elevators as guests.

Paid extra for ocean view but was not advised on checkin they were building a large deck right under us?Only spent 1 nite but pillows need to be replaced and sheets kept coming off the bed. Couldn’t get tv to work and no instructions. Front desk are young and need some better training. Bartender was friendly and pool area was nice.

One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because it included breakfast. I was very disappointed that the reason they don't have a nice hot buffet breakfast as advertised on the hotel vouchers that you receive at check-in is because of the pandemic. It's time to stop using that as an excuse for providing a very minimal breakfast. The room was very nice and the view was even better. The beds were okay as far as comfort but I've definitely stayed at hotels that have much more comfortable beds. This was a very nice hotel but for the price per night the breakfast needs to be fixed for me to want to stay here again.

We travel to Clearwater beach 4-5 times per year, this was the first time we chose and we’re excited to stay at the Edge. Beautiful, clean facility. However we were told upon arrival the pool was closed and would open the next day but we had access to Holiday inn pool next door, we were told this for three days. If we wanted to experience Holiday inns pool we would have booked it for our stay as we had done before. We paid for Amenity fees, Amenity fee occupancy tax, Amenity fee sales tax, that we didn’t use/receive Pool closed for half our stay, we don’t have a car but we’re charged for parking, mediocre continental breakfast that we only chose to eat at once. Not a very satisfied customer, with so many options The Edge will need to win our business in the future.

Non-disclosure on pool being closed prior to booking. Continental breakfast is what it is. Room was clean, site was clean. Balcony furniture should be addressed. Do not recommend roof top bar or food.

The pool was closed 4 out of the 5 days we stayed in Edge hotel. Construction being done nearby made it very noisy. One day we did not get housekeeping. Also the deck floating outside the hotel was very noisy due to the wind.

Very disappointed pool was closed. Booked room online 2 days before stay, should have been noted that pool would be closed before I booked the room.

We really liked the edge hotel for the location, the beach is in walking distance. Lots of dining options in the area. The room we were assigned had stains all over the carpets, the bathroom had a tile broken around the border, and there was a hole in the closet door. Definitely not expecting the room condition for how much you pay to stay here. Other than that always a fan of the edge hotel.

We were so excited to stay based on the look of the pool area. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance for the 3 nice days we could have used it. Access was available to the pool next door, but their staff was rude. I asked for a comp and was offered $32 total. It felt like a slap in the face.

Front desk folks were so helpful. Noah at the desk could not have been nicer! So polite and helpful. We will be coming back!!

This hotel sets right on the ocean. The view is beautiful. The rooms are very nice and clean. Parking lot was very close to the room. Lady in the gift shop will tell you EVERYTHING you need to see in the area and is very helpful. This hotel has a VERY nice rooftop bar on the 10th floor and the nachos are the BOMB. Food and Service there was over the top. They did everything they could to make us comfortable. The VIEW from there is OUTSTANDING!! The bar employees work hard to please some major groups of people at times. Everyone was having a great time. This hotel is BETTER than any chain hotel around Clearwater. We will be back. Beautiful property.

Room was quite sparse. Only one chair (for two people). TV guide system was a mystery and complicated and there were no instructions anywhere.
Hotel amenities were also sparse. No information on surrounding area, no real restaurant, lobby and hallways were over airconditioned.

Great location, beautiful ocean views from our room balcony, dolphin sighting every day from our room! The Infinity pool was wonderful with gorgeous views! The Rooftop restaurant has beautiful views of the entire island and the ocean! Not to mention the delicious food! The lobby area was nicely decorated for the holidays as well!

Front desk help takes forever e were the only ones checking in and stood at the front desk for 10 minutes.. the property was on the beach nope no beach around there were tiny ants all over our bathroom and they charge me a extra 230 when i arrived fir hitel fees but i didn't have a car to park and the free breakfast was only a banana and yogurt no hit breakfast at all . I will not stay here again

We love this hotel. Nice location and very clean. The only thing that made me a little upset is the resort fee as the pool was closed and the restaurant upstairs was closed as it was pouring rain and windy. With the restaurant being closed we had to leave property to be able to get dinner. I feel on these types of days the resort fee should be cut in half as I know it includes the breakfast.

We loved the view, the location, the housekeeping was fantastic, the holiday decorations, the beach!!! We saw dolpins each morning on our gulf facing balcony. Breakfast had all of the typical hotel options, the pools were beautiful & warm, even in December! Food at the roof-top restaurant was delicious & fast. Every staff member we met was smiling & friendly.

You are paying for the view at this property and the view is amazing. We had an ocean front room and were amazed the second we walked in. We’ve stayed in several hotels in CWB and this was by far our best view. We watched the sunset and dolphins from our deck. That said, there were things I wasn’t impressed with. Not once when we entered the lobby was anyone at the front desk so we were always waiting. The lobby is beautiful though. Great Christmas decorations. The pool bar was closed and I get it was cold earlier in the week and not terribly busy when we were there but we still went out and sat by the pool and a drink would have been nice. And for the price we paid and the resort fees a bottle of water next to our coffee pot would have been nice. And the bath towels are small. It was hard to wrap around us. It’s just the little things I guess where you are paying almost $300/night plus fees. Love the view but probably won’t stay here again.

Likes: comfortable bed and linens, staff nice and welcoming, views incredible ocean side, but that's what it's all about, the ocean.
Wish it's outdoor space actually on the water was accessible to use (in the midst of some type of half reno); we had no sitting chair in our room, as another of our travel companions suite did, horrible blow dryers. the continental breakfast was eh....should have a small sandwich shop in there, would even pay for that.
Overall, would stay again.

Property was clean and well maintained. The highlight was the view from the waterfront balcony. More than worth the small upgrade fee for the spectacular views! Staff was all friendly and efficient. No complaints!
