Very friendly staff and exceptional quality of service. Also, very satisfied with quality and variety of food
Maybe the entertainment programme at night needs improvement and also fans to be added in the veranda of the cocktail bar and restaurant for the humidity in the atmosphere

Great hotel
Didn’t feel welcome on last day. Cleaner put items in hallway on last day before we checked out. Also wanted to know when we were leaving on last day

Location - Service and the team
The only reason I didn’t give it a perfect 10 is that I believe the resort should introduce a rule against reserving pool loungers with towels at 7:00 a.m. and then not returning for another two hours. Apart from this small issue, everything was excellent.

Beach and sea
We had 'All Inclusive' and we are not satisfied with the food, especially with the snacks that didn't seem to exist. Also, the selection of drinks covered by All Incl is very small. It's not the All incl we're used to in other hotels and countries, so the price/offer ratio is not good at all.
