Amethyst Napa Hotel & Spa

Ci siamo recati in questa struttura dopo che un altra struttura ha cancellato la prenotazione. Sono stati disponibili e molto gentili con la prenotazione da fare. Ci hanno assegnato una camera grande con terrazzo enorme vista mare. Ci siamo potuti godere una bellissima alba dato che era il nostro ultimo giorno a Cipro. La struttura non è nuovissima, ma tenuta molto bene, molto pulita e ottimi servizi

The breakfast is very much the same everyday, it might be better if there was a bigger choice, making sure there are different options of pastries everyday rather than 1 or 2 on each day. Also the timing of breakfast needs to be extended to at least 10.30 and the staff not literally removing all service utensils as soon as the clock strikes 10am. It doesn’t make a very relaxed morning when you are on holiday. I would also prefer if the bar and restaurant area at the front open later in the evening for drinks as by the time you go out and come back there is no time to sit and relax at the property. I also think there needs to be more staff in the hotel through the night as I found it very uncomfortable when an alarm went off and the member of staff on duty couldn’t hear it and he was the only one on duty.
