I greatly appreciate the hotel, the staff the morning breakfast the room itself was absolutely wonderful. The only issue I had was there was no parking for a hotel guest. The wharf is a very high volume area with lots of tourist and locals. Just be prepared to have to find your own parking, which is pretty impossible on weekends. It’s not the hotels fault but I pretty big inconvenience.

Door frames of bed room and the bath room are slightly deformed. Also, the lock of the bathroom is malfunctioned, so we couldn't actually close the door.

The hotel was centrally located to everything we went go see. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was well stocked and hot.

Wish there were more hocks. Toiletries are minimum (no body lotion). Floor did not get cleaned. But the kitchen is a huge plus with all the useful kitchen tools. Restrooms in the lobby do have any changing tables. Hard to do a last minute diaper change for a baby.

Everything you need from a hotel was good.
We got two rooms, one was serviced and the other ignored.
The folks at the front desk, need some help with customer service.
They were not helpful at all when we asked questions about the area.
Just google was their answer.

Perfect spot at the Wharf, with shops, restaurants, bars all around. Close to the s room in DC proper. Comfy bed. All amenities and a fabulous breakfast.

The location was fantastic, the AC did not get cool enough and the water pressure is non existent, the shower just dribbles.

The room was very nice but the shower was horrible. Nooooo water pressure at all. Also, I was not warned about the $60 a day for parking. I ended up paying $240 which is a big chunk of my vacation budget.

Great location. Easy walk to museums and National Mall. Friendly front desk staff. Room felt a bit small for three people. Very clean. Noisy fan, room was hot, thermostat would not go below 65.

We came to DC for a memorial service at Arlington. Decided to extend her stay and see the national mall and all the beautiful things around the area. The room was great. The wharf is amazing. Lots of cool things to do the staff at the hotel was freaking amazing. I cannot believe how nice everybody was. The people when you would go down to breakfast, no matter who they were Would stop and say hello to you and ask you if you needed anything. The front desk staff was very good.

Glad we decided to stay here while visiting Washington. The hotel is only 9 min minutes from the airport and there were shopping centers and a lot of dining options around. We were able to walk to tour the monuments. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was amazing!

We have nothing but amazing things to say about our stay. The hotel was clean, the neighborhood was perfect surrounded by multiple restaurants. The nightlife was great as well. The complimentary breakfast was perfect.

Hyatt House is a small hotel but in a very scenic location with the Potomac river and marina in full view. The best part are all the great dining options nearby plus a beautiful boardwalk for romantic walks to explore. The staff is also very friendly and attentive with complimentary coffee and tea available all day not to mention their complimentary daily breakfast.

This Hyatt specifically has beautiful views of the Wharf and restaurants are accessible. The morning breakfast staff are some of the friendliest people you will meet.

It was so close to DCA airport...for me i took Metro subway from airport to hotel and did the same thing when i went back...that's the cheapest option...everything was awesome...recomended

Enjoyed our stay nice hotel,the room with kitchen was nice ,breakfast nice butthe downside to our stay couldn’t watch program of the season.(football game)I feel it is important to have all local channels especially during football season .It’s an inconvenience to have to go out to near by resteraunt to spend extra money to eat or drink just to be able to sit and watch a channel you cant just relax and watch in your paid room for four days which was a disappointment.

Loved the hotel location, rooms were good size, beds were comfortable. Room was a bit stuffy and had a hard time getting it cool, even with the thermostat down to 65, made it difficult to sleep.

The hotel all-in-all is great and there is no problem with us staying again here. Things to improve: (a) Breakfast buffet. You may want to rethink having it somewhere with a bigger space or how the food is organized so people can line up properly; (b) be consistent with having hot chocolate and coffee in the lobby.

Nicely located in the Wharf with many dining options. Got a good deal with free valet parking. The staffs were nice and courteous.
