Walkable to lots of great coffee shops and restaurants and an easy drive to Lake Mead National Park, the Hoover Dam, and Las Vegas. Quiet and clean…we loved it and would definitely choose to stay here again!!

This place was imaculate!!! Very quiet room at the back of the property. So serene with the pool in the back yard and loved the landscaping. Only a short distance to numerous restaurants. We enjoyed the quaintness of this little town and will have very good memories of it. Thanks again!!

We really enjoyed our stay! Grace was so helpful. We loved the unit. It was very clean and quiet. So close to the downtown are of Boulder City with some great spots to eat. We used it as a base to to explore the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place, very private and amazing little Main Street that is a 3 minute walk from the property. We wish we had stayed an extra night but had reservations elsewhere. Great host and communicated well pre-check in and even gave us a few tips about the area.

Could not have been better. Across every criteria, it ranks with all the great VRBO places I have been to (over 100) in the top 5. It rivals any lkq places in my home town (Maui) as well. Will be back if nothing else to enjoy for at least 2-3 days.

This was a great find as we were looking for somewhere to stay that was near the Vegas airport (less than a 30 minute drive), but also away from the hustle and bustle. Beautiful place and great communication with host!

We absolutely loved our stay in Boulder City. The location could not have been more perfect just outside of Las Vegas. The location was perfect and super close to the Historic Downtown, and jut a 20 minute drive to Hoover Dam.

This place is perfect for a getaway that is extremely clean, away from the hustle and bustle of the strip but yet within walking distance to food and parks. Will definitely stay here again, but will stay longer!

Wonderful clean, private ‘surf styled’ getaway, perfect for individuals or a couple looking to explore Boulder City, or Lake Mead area, without the ‘same old hotel room’ feel. Grace was very helpful to ensure needs were met. Wonderful setup an easy walk from downtown restaurants/cafes.

Amazing property! The ability to be a short walk to a wide range of food and drink choices was awesome. The property was clean, easy to access and comfortable. Great place!

My husband and I rented the room for two nights while touring the Hoover dam. So much better than a hotel room at half the price. Just a 2 block walk to many restaurants. Highly recommend Milos! Clean, cozy and comfortable. Grace was a great host.

My husband and I stayed at this location for one night on our travel back to the Las Vegas Airport. It was a very clean, well-equipped, quiet place to stay within the Historic Boulder City area. Grace, our host, was great at communication before and during our stay. She was very welcoming and helpful, and even found us a great restaurant in town and told us about visiting Hoover Dam. We would recommend this location to others visiting this area.

Great spot that’s very comfortable. Walking distance to most sights in Boulder City. Two short blocks from downtown. Host, Grace, communicates great and was so accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.

This was the first time me and my husband used Vrbo. It was perfect. A great host who provided a Super clean rental that had the most comfortable bed, you felt like you were home. All the amenities we needed were supplied. The pictures of the location were on point. It was such a pleasure to stay in such a charming rental. We hope to visit Boulder City again one day and fingers crossed this rental is avaliable!! Thank you for a great experience, so much more personal than just some hotel room.
