We stayed here with 4 couples from across the U.S. to celebrate my 40th birthday in Exuma, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.The location in February Point was perfect. The gated community felt very safe, and the security staff were friendly and welcoming, even recognizing us after the first day.The house was massive, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out while still offering great spaces to gather for meals and conversation. The chef’s kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped with all the essentials, plus every gadget we could have needed.The views were breathtaking. Large windows and doors throughout the home showcased the beautiful turquoise waters from nearly every room.The outdoor space was just as impressive. The huge pool featured an in-water seating area, plenty of lounge chairs, and a beautiful gazebo. Just steps away was a large swimming dock that easily accommodated multiple loungers. We rented a boat for four days, and having a private dock made it incredibly convenient to get out on the water each day.While the home and amenities were fantastic, Sharon truly elevated the experience. She was patient, responsive, answered my many questions, and provided excellent recommendations before and during our stay.Our entire group had an amazing time, and we’re already talking about planning a return trip. Highly recommend this property for families, groups of friends, or anyone looking for an unforgettable Exuma vacation.

This was the most spectacular place we have ever stayed and so perfect for our group! It’s not just the views that are breathtaking, every room is beautiful, spacious and perfectly appointed! The chef’s kitchen, outdoor pool, pool kitchen, and multiple amazing outdoor hang out areas make it a perfect group get away. The owner is terrific and will promptly take care of everything! We had a wonderful stay in Exuma—the location of the villa is absolutely beautiful and was the highlight of our trip. The home was well stocked and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The owner was very responsive and accommodating, and we appreciated the flexibility with a later checkout.Overall, a lovely spot for enjoying the natural beauty of Exuma!

We had an amazing time. The home location is perfect. The kitchen was such a great set up for a chef to come and cook a traditional Bohemian feast for us. Highly recommend Exuma on the Rocks!
