Candlewood was even better than advertised . I had a great time. Nice location. Clean rooms. Safe surroundings . Very convenient to Nashville.

The reservation was confirmed for 2 rooms but at the check in the reservation showed only 1 room. Candlewood was terrific in working out another room for us. Somehow the reservation was changed between my booking with Hotels.com and my arrival. Not good!

for our say for about close to a month once a week and this is a very great stay.

I's difficult to find hotels that are truly welcoming of pets. I travel with my cat and sometimes have trouble finding a place that will even allow her to stay. They were so friendly and welcoming! I was provided a "Pet Roommate Inside" magnet for the door which was comforting. This way housekeeping, maintenance, etc. would know that there was a pet inside. I loved that!

People in room above us very loud all night and into morning .. checked out at 5am because of it .. and the fridge in room made a repetitive clunking noise constantly…. Front desk staff didn’t seem to concerned

We are traveling with our little dog. We were given a quiet suite on second floor away from noise. Lively room. We'll be back for our next time down.

The hotel lobby had a old fabric smell but the room was fresh and clean. Bed was amazing! Temperature control was fast and easy
Unloading was a little awkward and parking at night was very limited

Area was near a lot of stops and shops which was great because the hotel gift/snack shop is way overpriced.
The hotel does not provide any hygiene products unless you purchase it at the gift shop

Large rooms and the kitchenette was a real bonus. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Really wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Hotel was clean, front desk was friendly, hotel had a large variety of foods to be purchased for microwave use. Room was clean. Beds, pillows, and linens were great. Even had 2 types of pillows, firm and soft. Plenty of well lit, safe spaces to walk the dog. Rear of Building is highway and you will hear the trucks, ask for a room facing the front.

I was made to wait for over an hour in the middle of the night while my son was sick in the car to check in. We then were charged over $1300.00 more than our stay acutally was and was stranded with no money at the hotel. We had to borrow money just to get home and still do not have the money back. This has been the worst trip of my life and it ruined my sons senior trip. A pure nightmare.

Well there were cockroaches in our room. That was was gross. When I went to the front desk to tell them the lady was helping another guest who was complaining. As soon as that guest walked away the front desk woman flipped her off multiple times. I then proceeded to make a comment about that not being professional and she yelled at me and said “you have no idea what I’ve been though.” Vice versa lady! You should treat people with kindness in that role. We won’t be back and we got charged full price for a big invested room. Very disappointed.

It was a one night sleeping experience not an extended stay. Beds and linens were nice but the refrigerator made a very loud noise that woke us up several times.

We had a very nice overnight at Candlewood Suites. Stopeed here on our way home from Florida to KY. Hotel was clean, modern, staff very nice and helpful. Check in easy.

Overall it was very nice. Though there were two of us, we were only given one bath towel. We stayed three nights and the room was never cleaned up. At $150 per night, it would have been nice to have at least two bath towels and have the room cleaned at least once. We did enjoy the coffee and the exercise room was nice. The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. We did enjoy the stay.
