The clerk who checked us in Adrienne was amazing. She was so sweet and helpful anytime we needed anything. I have to come to Nashville every other month and she was by far the most awesome person I have dealt with on these trips.

Cleanest hotel we have been too, maybe, ever!

Well the room was big for our family. We did get the handicap room because we want a tub for our kids to take there baths. Room could've been cleaned better, mostly the bathroom and underneath the beds there was stuff under the bed and if you have kids they will get into anything and everything. Other than that the hotel was ok. Breakfast was ok not great but will fill your need for a free meal coffee was good and pool was good. I will stay here again.

In this post-pandemic environment, I am fine with limited maid service. However, coffee, toiletries, etc. should cover days without service. Items are available at the front desk, but it's always easier to just be well-supplied.

We has 4 people. So we needed to utilize the pull out. However there were no sheets or pillows. We had to call downstairs. The mattress on the pull out is severely stained. The bathroom. There was a bunch of hairs on the walls. Breakfast- a nice selection. However everything was cold unless you toasted bread or made a waffle.

We were very happy with our stay. We had a suite which was more than accommodating and met our needs perfectly. Everyone was extremely friendly. The continental breakfast which was included was very good and the dining area was perfect. The location was perfect for accessing downtown Nashville. Highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay was tidy and comfortable, which is of much importance. The beds were nice. All amenities were as described, everything we needed. We used the pool. Our only complaint would be the breakfast food was not the greatest. We would stay there again, We felt welcomed.

Easy access north of downtown Nashville. Great shower. Only detriment was some road noise. Would definitely stay here again.

Bedding was not provided for the sofa bed. The staff was extremely rude when I asked for bedding for this 3rd bed. Staff at the front desk lacked customer service skills and knowledge of how to perform their job. Customer expectation was not met. Complaint filed with corportate office.

The staff was great! Very pleasant. We stayed 4/28-4/29 and we had to ask for our trash to be removed after one night stay when it should have been automatic. Also the breakfast area is very hospitable but the eggs and meat served were awful. Very tasteless. Probably the worst I’ve ever had. BUT on a high not a person in our party Lost their cell phone and the hotel found it, called us and it was returned! They went over and above to get the phone back to us. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Just get those eggs and sausage together guys and you will be perfect!

I got a suite for 2 days at 300 per night I expected to see more then 4 pillows.
The room was okay but advertised a wet bar which lead to believe drinks or something was there in the room no nothing like that…
A guy beside where I parked had his truck damaged and who ever did it ran off in the middle of the night thankfully wasn’t my truck but sorry for him and I’m sure he had paid the same as me…
Well yeah not sure if it was worth the money I spent I stay in a lot of hotels and wasn’t worth it..

This is the second time we have stayed here. About a month apart from each other. Our stay was ok. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the pool area(looked like used wipes on the ground) and also the amount of chlorine or chemicals in the pool. My littles complained about their eyes burning and noses burning. Sitting on the pool deck, my nose was burning a bit and so was the other adult that was there. They only swam for just a few minutes before I took them out of the pool. The breakfast was mediocre. The potatoes were dry and just weird. Wasn’t like our last experience.
