The hotel was cleaned. Bed was way too soft. With all the money the Resort receives they should at least be able to get better mattresses. But please be careful as I was charged/accused for something my husband and I was innocent.

Check in was quick and the woman at reception was very helpful, polite and professional. Room was amazing. Balcony doors were so good we couldn’t hear any noises from outside. Love that the beach chairs are included. Great location, lovely staff we will 100% be back.

First impression was terrible. Valet staff were rude and very in accommodating for a family with a child in a wheelchair. Offered no help and just demanded we not park to unload. The hotel does not offer a self park, so you HAVE to go through valet (@ $40 per night). Front desk staff were more interested in their personal call as I stood there waiting to check in. Elevator to north building was a constant pain. Card entry only, but it wouldn’t read cards and the doors would just open and close for minutes at a time. During our check out day, cleaning staff came more than an hour before check out time to try to clean room. And if you need a luggage rack, you have to have a bellman bring it to your room - with his hand out for a tip of course. The rooftop bar and pool area was nice. Friendly wait staff up there and food was delicious. Room was spacious - set up like a one bedroom apartment. I wouldn’t consider this property ever again. Be ready for attitude from staff if you choose to stay here. And don’t think about this if you have a wheelchair user. Half the elevators to parts of the building have been out of order for a while (coffee shop, gym, FRONT DESK). You half to walk a full block and back to get to coffee shop to use a manual ramp.

Very good location, front desk and management was very poor, room wasn’t ready at 4 and that’s a pretty late check in. Room was clean, you pay $40 a day valet which wasn’t mentioned untill arriving. Roof top pool closes at 8, seems early. Would not go back, overall I would say 5 or 6 out of 10.

The majority of staff were friendly and professional. We tried phoning the front desk several times during our stay and no one bothered to answer. Management needs to hire more staff. Disappointed that there was no actual dining at the hotel...only roof top bar...sad. Housekeeping, overall keep our room clean but did not check the soap dispensers in the shower....and again when we tried phoning the front desk to ask for the soap dispensers to be re-filled...did not answer the phone. Not enough elevators and always had to wait. The overnight parking was overpriced although the car jockeys were nice and friendly. We could not charge our drinks at the roof top bar to our room which was annoying and inconvenient. We were looking to book an additional night (Sat) but the hotel wanted $700 for the night...outrageous..overall the hotel was fine but won't go back.

Great location near the boardwalk! Lots of great places to eat and close to the beach with chair rental included but umbrellas are available for extra cost. We rode their bikes along the boardwalk for the free hour which was a perfect amount of time to see further than we'd walk. The staff was very helpful and we had great service with a smile! Our bed was quite soft and comfortable except it was starting to wear a bit. The edge was breaking down, so it felt like I was going to fall out sometimes. It wasnt the most restful stay for me combined with the sounds of the hvac system turning on and off since it sounded like someone at the door each time. But, my husband slept through it. The pool and roof deck are both impressive! I was pleasantly surprised at how expansive the area was and the beautiful views from there too. I'd highly recommend going early to get a lounger or go later in the afternoon. We found plenty of seating after a day at the beach around 3-4pm. We also lucked out and enjoyed their happy hour selections for an appetizer before getting ready for dinner. You do have to schedule housekeeping 24 hours in advance. But, we only needed extra hand towels and washcloths which were promptly delivered to our room. My only observation with the cleaning that was subpar would be the elevator mats. We were in the south building off the main lobby and the mats always had spills and looked dirty all the time.

Place is gorgeous, but lacked cleanness in the pool area and bathrooms. Bartenders and servers need better customer service
