Was the best and prettiest room we stayed in years

Being a photographer and it being Stratford, I rented the property for an Elizabethan photoshoot. My model and her partner were the ones to stay overnight. For photography it is a dream: wide expanse of windows across the front, rich wood panelling in the sun room, rich wood four poster bed, elegant antique furniture, a stone's throw from the Avon River.
For theatre goers it is an excellent location only steps from the Tom Patterson Theatre, and easily walkable to the Festival and Avon Theatres.
The owners are very approachable, helpful and available. Brett in particular was incredibly kind to me as a photographer, providing me with valuable help and indulgence.
I have no hesitation whatever in recommending Henry House. I know it's where I'll be staying if I'm going to be staying in Stratford overnight in the future.

Wonderful accommodation in Stratford with a sweet sitting area and a view of the river. Steps from the Tom Patterson Theatre and two blocks from Stratford’s main shopping street. We will be back!

We loved the location. It was perfect for us and our dog to be close to the lake and walking trail. The room was lovely and we enjoyed the sitting room and people watching. 😊. We will definitely be back.

Around the corner from the Tom Patterson Theatre, 1.5 blocks from downtown--you just can't beat this one for location! Once I parked my car on my arrival I never had to move it through the rest of my visit. The suite was nicely decorated and impeccably maintained. Communications with the owner were great. Give this one a try!!

We were really charmed by our stay at Henry House. From the start, the host was proactive and friendly with communication and gave us everything we needed to know. The location was perfect. Check in and check out couldn't have been easier. We loved the unique details of the decor and the sunroom was a lovely spot to relax. We absolutely recommend.

This little suite was perfect! Cute, clean & comfortable, with all the amenities you can find in a great hotel but with the charm of an inn. Brett, the host of Henry House, makes sure you have everything you need and are well taken care of. Suite is a short 3 minute walk away from restaurants and boutiques, could not ask for a better location. Will definitely return if I am back in Stratford.
