Lovely family run residence. Stunning views. Easy close access to gorgeous beach. Beautiful apartment with many balconies. Regular servicing by staff and welcome local culinary treats.

Poros again !

Maria and Gianni's are so friendly and helpful .lovely people , Christina looked after our room so well with fresh cake and breads, super view from room of askeli and sea , couldn't fault anything, been going poros for 20 years and one of best stays ever

Everything at Maria Studios is extraordinary, it is always a great pleasure to stay there, and enjoy the best sea view at Poros. The warm hospitality of Maria and Giannis is priceless.

We had a great holiday and highly recommend Maria’s

Really clean bright apartment with air conditioning and blinds. Balcony in each room with lovely views. Home baking to our children provided by Maria. Fantastic location for family and quiet too. Staff were so friendly and helpful

We had the greatest time here! The studios are a little bit up hill with an amazing view of the bay. We were welcomed super warmly and friendly. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen was great to cook small meals and breakfast, even though we ate out most of the time to enjoy the local cuisine. Of course, I also have to mention the homemade cake and Marmelade, which were delicious and gave the whole accommodation a very nice and welcoming touch. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday the best :-)

My boyfriend is very large and because of that, the shower was a little too narrow for him. But 'normal-sized' people shouldn't have that problem

Lovely people and great hosts. Our room was great and our stay excellent.

Superb view of Poros and of the sea from the balcony. The room was very spacious and had all the required amenities. We owe to Mrs Maria and Mr Yiannis our wonderful stay. They were very kind and helpful with all our requests, as they made us feel like home. Until next time.

Basic place for a low price! So good for the money! Next to the best beach!

The homemade products being offered were tasty and a nice touch! New mattresses on the beds made the beds a nice sleep!

Very basic and bathroom and airco needs an upgrade. We missed sheets and had to ask for them. Parking in the area is tight so can imagine a nightmare in peak period.

My stay at Maria Studios has been truly beyond my expectations. It is the best in Poros. The room with such a beautiful sea view was equipped with all the necessary facilities, not to mention Maria's delicious homemade cake and marmalade in the apartment added extra joy to my stay. The apartment is just nearby Askeli beach and all the other beautiful locations nearby. I had such a warm and generous welcoming from Giannis and Maria that I felt as if I visited a close friend/family. I truly appreciate their hospitality. I will surely come back and stay again. Strongly suggest Maria Studios to anyone who wants to have a great moment in Poros.

Everything was fine. We had everything what is necessary for a comfortable stay. Lady who welcomed us was very hospitable. The balcony view was stunning.

For me a little to far out of town, especially if you are older the hills are a bit difficult, also no where really close to do grocery shopping

Located 20 min from the city centre - nice walk. Close to the beach, comfortable and very clean. The owners were very nice, helpful and made us feel at home. Very good value for money.

It was a long walk up hill which is fine when it isn't too hot. FACEMASKS required outside even by yourself. ridiculous.
