The location is close to all shopping malls..

The staff was friendly and professional and the facility was a good value and good location

Close to a lot of places to eat and shop

The Wifi kept dropping or doesn’t connect.

The room looked on to central shaft there was no view

It’s walking distance to the malls . Love the PAndesal right across the street every morning .

They don’t have much foods variation to offer but you can always go out and buy foods .

The staff went above and beyond for our stay since we booked 2 hrs before rocking up in the middle of the night.

We stayed due to flight cancellations and we didnt get to enjoy the places nearby.

Breakfast is ok. Best location. Room Service & security were very swift and helpful.

I didn’t like the poor internet connection always disconnected. I didn’t like the front office coz anything you request for nearby rooms always not possible, even for an early check-in of 12Nn wasn’t possible and is chargeable so we have to wait for 1pm to check-in. We shifted rooms coz AC were not cooling. I hope before they give the rooms to guest, all are set & ready, so it won’t be hassle to transfer
