Friendly Staff, very clean, evening meal was nice and I had a good nights sleep. Great location for the NEC. I had to leave early before Breakfast serving at 7am, but the staff put back a Sandwich for me and my colleague to take away.
Room facilities I stayed in were adequate but needed updating maybe to more modern decor, but that didn't bother me because my room was very clean and comfortable. That's being picky.

It was clean and quiet
The uncomfortable bed, only 2 teabags, no working bedside light. Slow breakfast service very bitter coffee. In my opinion it is overpriced.
