Wonderful countryside views from every window, loved the upstairs lounge with many full length windows. Everything you needed to stay in this comfy barn, kitchen well equipped and 3 very nice bedrooms on the ground floor which each had a sliding patio window, one with en suite. Two bathrooms on the ground floor which each having a shower and one with added bath. There was even a toilet and washbasin,upstairs near the lounge, very handy. Just loved the situation of this Barn. Poodles all enjoyed themselves in the extensive grounds. Sorry to leave although our 6 days had mixed weather. Very friendly owner and his lovely Labrador bitch. Didn’t want to leave!

Only slightly dusty in places and dog hairs…at least having Poodles they didn’t add to the hairs! We needed a better vacuum cleaner! Maybe the dishwasher should have been upstairs with the kitchen… not downstairs !

Property was in a nice location, nice and quiet and very pretty. The barn was great with the pool table, although could have done with a sweep.

The kitchen was not very clean. All the crockery and cutlery was dirty, so we had to put it all through the dishwasher, which was downstairs, meaning you had to take the dirty stuff up and down the stairs. The outdoor furniture was all broken and therefore a bit dangerous for the kids. It felt like the property had not been stayed at for a long time. The property could have been lovely, it just needs a bit of TLC and a bit more care.
