Hôtel de l'Abeille

The room was just beautiful, very stylish and chic. The staff so lovely and friendly. Breakfast was lovely too, all in all a very pleasant stay indeed.

The bathroom is extremely small and the light appears to work with movement sensors but they didn’t work properly

This place has a fantastic location. We found it easily, using the satnav, and were able to park in the road near the hotel. It’s right on the edge of the historic centre, near some very nice restaurants. The lack of a lift could be difficult for some, but the hotel has great character and charm. Breakfast was plentiful, and was served in a lovely dining room. There’s no aircon, but we had a fan, which helped us to sleep on a very hot night. The position means that you do hear street noise and the trams passing close by, but at night it all quietens down and we both slept well. I’d recommend it to anyone who likes a hotel that has its own distinctive style.

Can’t think of anything. The lack of a lift and aircon are made plain before you book, so if these are important to you, maybe look elsewhere.
