Location was great, an easy walk into the centre. Private parking was convenient. Reception staff were very helpful, had a great recommendation (Le Chien Fou) for dinner that night.
A/C would really have been appreciated during the heatwave,

The staff was very kind. Especially, on our arrival, the young woman with an African haircut (unfortunately I forgot to ask for her name). She did much more to help us than is expected. She deserves every praise.
I took a bath in the bathtub, but there were some hairs from the previous user.

This is an execellent hotel with attention to detail. The front desk is professional and there for any questions. The room was comfortable and the spa was an added plus.
Room details are nice but showing some wear.

Excellent location/helpful hotel team/car parking payment included.
Bathroom was very cramped! Uncomfortable bed. Breakfast management could have been better.
