Beautiful area, convenient, great breakfast.
Our room was just above the automatic doors and faced the parking lot, kind of loud.

The location is close to restaurant and to the lake,
Beautiful view to the lake and to Pilatus mountain.
The room was big enough for three adults.
You have to take into account that there is no mini bar or small refrigerator.
The breakfast is good but very basic.

Wonderful location on bank of Lake Lucerne with great views on lake and mountains. Our room was spacious, clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly, great food in restaurant. Loved the breakfast room and the general decor. Great choices for breakfast. Exceeded our expectations. Would definitely return. Bus stop only 3 minutes walk away from hotel and transport around area very easy. Only 15 - 20 mins away from Lucerne city centre.

The breakfast was disappointing with a limited choice.
The choices at breakfast could be a lot better and the staff could/should be more friendly.
My partner also slipped over in the shower. The shower floor sloped down and got very slippery. Luckily my partner didn’t do herself any real damage but was sore for a few days afterwards.,
