The apartment has a great location and very well equipped. There are also swimming pools on the premises, which are a lovely option for an evening swim after a day of travelling. The underground parking is convenient, and everything you might need for a comfortable stay is provided, including kitchenware, a washing machine, and detergent. Despite these small inconveniences, we truly enjoyed our stay. The owner was always responsive and helpful, and she made every effort to resolve even the smallest issues remotely and as quickly as possible, which we really appreciated. Overall, we would be very happy to stay here again and would gladly recommend the apartment to friends.

I’d give it the highest rating if it weren’t for two minor issues that made our arrival and first night a little less smooth than expected: 1.The entry system is quite complicated. Requires prior online check-in. Then you need to download a special app and use several different codes to access the complex, the parking garage, and the apartment. Our flight was delayed, we arrived late at night; we spent around 1,5 hour trying to figure everything out. Since the property is managed remotely, there was no one there in person to assist us. Eventually, we made it to the apartment, where the keys were waiting for us, and everything went smoothly from that point on. We are very grateful to the owner, though, as she stayed in contact with us until around 2 a.m. and patiently helped us remotely throughout the process. I think the entry system could be challenging for guests who are less familiar with apps, access codes, and passwords. 2. When we arrived, the bedding had a few stains and some hair on it. We informed the owner, but we understand that this was most likely just an oversight by the cleaning staff. Rather than making a big issue of it or waiting for someone to come, we simply removed the bedding and washed it ourselves, as a washing machine and detergent were available in the apartment. 3. Poor soundproofing—a child is screaming upstairs at night.
